I saw this referenced in an article and found the combination interesting enough to try out. Boy, am I glad I did! The Dado setup jig was surprisingly easy to setup and very useful for non-standard dados. I tried it on a quick and dirty application where I had a jig requiring equally spaced rungs, like a small ladder. Setting up the width of the half lap joint was by far the easiest setup I've ever done for this kind of joint. The joints were snug and accurate.The dove tail clamps didn't impress me when I read the article, but now that I've used them, these are really useful! I had to make a new circular saw cutoff jig and the tips in the included instructions showed me how to run a dovetail track down the middle of the jig so these clamps can be positioned anywhere on the track, under the jig. Much better than my previous jig where I had clamps above the jig and these sometimes caused the power cord to snag.Net: I highly recommend this set!

This review is for the description/seller NOT the product, would still LOVE to buy the jig+2 clamp kit for the price offered. Primary image depicts two clamps and one jig with dimensions of 11.5 x 8 x 4.5 inches (indicative of at least one clamp) and a retail of about 65. However, I received only the Jig in a clamshell which measures closer to 6.75x5.5x3.25 inches (IIRC, already sealed it up for return) which retails at about 25. Would give zero stars if I could for this experience.

The Matchfit system is simply much easier/less expensive than t-track. Putting together new benches for multiple uses and it is obvious that using this is much better overall. I would highly recommend getting the Matchfit router bit they sell as it makes a much better fit and finish to your product. I cheaped out and got another and was upset with the whole system (as it seemed to loose to be useful) but then using the right bit everything worked as I expected.

There is more here than meets the eye. The clamps allow for some very creative uses on jigs and such and the plastic guide allows you to make quick dadoes in narrow stock without getting out your Dado set. Very convenient for quick crosscut dadoes! I do not think this is the best way to make long dado cuts which I believe should be done against a rip fence for accuracy.

It is easy to set up and use. The dovetail clamps have proven to be very handy for many other purposes as well as for the Match Fit. So much so that I am considering the purchase of another pair. Youtube has some great videos to show how you can use both, including many other uses for the dovetail clamps..

Works great, I would be nice if they offered this in a one clamp package. I don't know if I will ever need to use both clamps at the same time. I have other ways to attach a sacrificial fence to my table saw fence. Every thing from Micro Jig is well designed and works great. I highly recommend their products.

Item came with this red sticker. What was I supposed to do? But seriously, these clamps look very well made. I prefer the wooden handled clamps for this application so I don't over tighten. The packaging was good at keeping the products safe during transport.
