GnD Heart-Shaped Leather Cover Scrapbook DIY Photo Album,Perfect as Wedding Guest Book

I like the look of the book. There were a couple of negatives. The brass rings that hold the book together are really large and the book just flops around. I switched to wedding album posts which can be found at the hobby store and that fixed the problem.We use these for our photo booths and we found that the paper doesn't work well with all glues so you will want to experiment a little.

Despite some of the negative reviews I decided to give this a chance. I needed the book for a project and figured it didn’t have to be the highest quality. However, it arrived today and the binding is backwards. I will have to use it with the heart on the back or up side down. I recommend making sure you have time to return in case it does not come as described. I unfortunately, do not.

In the end it was what it claimed to be, though the first time, we received the wrong product.My wife is putting together a memorial scrapbook/photo album for some members of her family. This product fits the bill. I think the album is visually attractive and, as constructed, very flexible in how it can be filled / used. I suspect the family will really like and feel good about the end product and this album will be a key part.We are happy w/ how Amazon dealt with the initial shipping (or warehouse or, perhaps, manufacturer) glitch.

PRO:It’s good value for the money. Great appearance and feels well made for the price.CON: The picture corners that came with it are all neon colors. Vastly different from the pictures of gold corners. Not the end of the world but I purchased with intent to put together quickly and now need to make a trip to a craft store. The neon doesn’t fit the look and feel of the album at all.

I like the quality of the materials used. The stickers do nothing for the product. A waste. Maybe add something a little more suited for a scrap book or photo album. The pages have no sheets to hold your photos you must glue or tape the pictures to the pages provided...not so great but doable

I absolutely love it, I haven't decided yet if I'm going to use it for photos or to make a scrapbook. it's exactly as the description said in the ad and it is at least $20 cheaper than other ones exactly like it, with the heart or another image embossed. THANK YOU!

Bought these for all 3 of my daughters for their wedding guest sign in books. Also had a Polaroid stand at the wedding and guests attached their photos to their page

I was going to use this for Polaroids at my wedding but it did not meet my expectations. It's very poor quality - just flimsy cardboard wrapped in plastic. The faux tooled heart hardly shoes up because it's so dark. Two eyelets (not the rings) fell out when I attempted to assemble. They weren't glued in. Not worth the price.

We ordered this scrapbook to use as a wedding guest book for a wedding that is tomorrow. Usually I am very happy with anything ordered on Amazon but I am disappointed by this product. Issues:1. False advertising or error made in packaging because instead of the gold corner stickers that were shown in one of the listing's pictures (which suit the look of this scrapbook), I received BRIGHT NEON coloured stickers to adhere photos to the pages that are orangey red, blue, purple, yellow, and neon pink. These are completely inappropriate for the dark leather looking cover and black pages, they do not suit the aesthetic of this book at all and more importantly, were not advertised as being bright colours. I cannot use these and will have to go purchase new stickers, which is unacceptable when you pay for one thing that is advertised and receive another.2. The front black page was covered in markings so it cannot be used3. Two out of the four binder rings were faulty. One cannot be used at all b/c it doesn't open properly and feels like it's going to snap if you force it open. One can be used but it doesn't clasp tightly / align properly.Overall, I'm disappointed, wouldn't recommend, especially if you're purchasing it for something as high stakes as wedding.

I actually bought this one twice - one on my Amazon account and the second on my husband's account. Overall I am reasonably happy with each.I am using them for two different photo album projects. One is retrospective ( memory book) of my late Mother's life.Pros:a) I like the 25 black pages (very retro for showing off photos), brass corners (saves bumps) and attractive brown leatherette. Reminds me of albums from 1950s and 1960s.b) The 25 pages will yield 50 sides, so I can fit in 100 4' x 6' photos if I like (more, if you use 3 x5; fewer if you are using bigger photos). That will be good enough for most people if selective in your photo choice.c) The corner mounts come in several pastel colours.d) The pages are strong enough stock that you could likely add your own decorative touches (as in scrap booking)Cons:a) The corner mounts come in several pastel colours so if you are looking for a uniform look, better order corner mounts from some place else.b) The corner mounts look a bit flimsy, I am not sure how well they will stick. You slide them over 2 ( diagonal) or 4 corners, then press in place. c ) I can just barely fit an 8 x 10 photo on a page,Tips: Use photos with white borders- they will look better on the black background

Exactly as pictured and came with extra sheets than expected (may have been a packaging error). Ordered some extra sheets just in case since this will be my wedding guest book. Clips were fairly easy to assemble although they did feel a little low quality and like I could easily bend them if I wasn't careful. All in all I love the look of the book and can't complain too much.

Honestly disappointed in the paper quality. I bought this as a gift for my baby niece, wanted to make an album for her.But the paper quality is so cheap and it doesn’t even come with the golden photo holders, it came with colourful tacky stickers which make it look even cheaper. I had to purchase gold stickers from elsewhere but the paper is so cheap it just does not make up for the beautiful leather cover.The exterior is nice but the interior pages was a big downer for me. Would like a refund.
