Will this work to connect a table microphone to my digital voice recorder to record speeches?

Not feasible, it is mainly used to read song files in flash memory. Does not support USB microphone

Does this work to play the Aux output from my Sirius commander as bluetooth input to my Toyota multimedia system?

This item will play a usb with mp3 files on it. Just mp3 files not in folders and they play in same order as on usb there is no random playing. If what you want to play it on has a speaker and a 3.5 aux input it will most likely work, it also requires a 110 120v power source as it has cord that comes with it for that purpose. You can get an outlet converter for car. But you will need 3.5 input wherever you want to use it. It does work good, hard to find a piece like this. I have 2. Just so you know use a higher Amp output brick otherwise it will not work right. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately it does not charge a phone. It's Aux output only. The 1 usb drive is for you to put a thumb/flash drive into.

Will this work to use my altec orbit iml227 usb speaker with the headphone jack on my kitchen tv?

No this unit takes a usb in and sends it to 1/8th pin plug out i put all my music on a flash drive and plug it into the aux in my car. note:this needs a separate power supply
