Can this paint pen contain more ink?

Since the paints are water based, I'd be skeptical about it holding up...

When used on glass, does it smear at all when being applied? Or come off at all after it is dry?

Before drying it can be removed easily but does not easily smear. After drying it can only be removed using aggressive measures such as scraping with a straightedge. Soaking in hot water or placing in a dishwasher have not been tested by me.

If water is applied immediate can you achieve a fade out look?

It works same way paint does, so I would say yes… if done correctly
