One broken one working

I bought 2 but pump of one of them was not working.I didn't checked them on arrival but only when I tried to use them now so I cannot ask for a refund.

Not very firm even when fully inflated.

I bought two Intex air mattresses few years back and those were very good and comfortable for sleep for consecutive nights during holidays and travels. This recent one is not the same. The longitude lines make it unstable to stay on the mattress. Also even when fully inflated it is not that firm and stable.

Faulty stopped working after one use

Product inflated the first time but then wouldn’t deflate after one use. By the time we discovered this it was a day after the return policy ended so no refund available. Complete waste of money.
