Misrepresented Product and Poor Quality

As you can see in the product description and product photo by the merchant, the product is purported to be a hoodie. Having received the item just moments ago I was surprised to note that there is no hood to this "hoodie", and the quality of the material is quite poor. The $28 pricing and $8 shipping and $2 sales tax had me spending $38 for what might fetch $3 at a discount store. Needless to say this is on its way back within 10 minutes of receiving it. Do not waste your money on this item.UPDATE: I do credit the seller for promptly responding to my refund request and issuing the refund.
