Range Is Not Satisfy

The product was supposed to be an upgrade to my existing system, where I had a media converter + modem/router. After buying the product I connected it to the FTTH and configured PPPoE as advised. It didn't recognise the Fibre connection at all. Got my ISP to check it and it didn't still recognise the Fibre connection. Was still within the return window, but Amazon didn't take the return and delayed it until the return window got closed.Now I'm left with a non working product lying as a junk and bought an alternative one.Future buyers, please be aware.@Amazon, please be explicit in telling what is returnable and not returnable, at least we will know what to do. Never expected this from you. Very bad. Not all of them are tech savvy or have the time to do all the troubleshooting that you want us to do.

I have purchased the above just 3 weeks ago. I am using it extensively with good net work support. Till now I do not have any complaint about it, may be, it is too early to judge either positively or give negative opinion. However, since it is supported by Dual Band Fibernet Wifi Router with high speed upto 1250 Mbps @ 5GHz+300 Mpbs @2.4 GHz -2 Gigabit Ports with 4 External Antennas, etc.etc. with 3 years warranty, there is every possibility as promised by the company that the product is Value for Money, best of luck.KUNJAR MURLIDHAR BHATT
