My parents bought this vacuum for my husband and I as a wedding gift. We’ve had it for 2 months and I’m obsessed! This is my first cordless stick vacuum, and the only other kind I’ve used before is the the classic super heavy kind.This is a game changer! It vacuums hard floors very well without scratching them and it picks up large and small pieces of food that other vacuums just won’t. So it’s great for if you have kids that spill everything, or if you’re two adults who just hate sweeping. The battery lasts reasonably long, especially on the lower setting (which works fine, even on thick carpet). The attachments are easy to use and swap out. My only issue with the whole vacuum is that the 2-in-1 attachment doesn’t have a long enough nozzle to let me get between couch cushions without squishing the bristle attachment.Lastly, depending on how often you vacuum the dust compartment will fill up pretty quick. We vacuum about 3 or 4 days a week and we still end up with a full dust compartment after vacuuming 2 medium sized rooms. That doesn’t bother me because it’s super easy to empty and it tells me that the vacuum is working well.PROS:- extra lightweight- easy to swap attachments- picks up larger stuff easily- quietCONS:- 2 in 1 attachment isn’t convenient

I purchased this vacuum less than a year ago, I even purchased the 3 year extended warranty on it to make sure it would be covered. All of a sudden one day it just stopped working out of nowhere and is throwing a code that seems to be a blockage and there is ABSOLUTELY NO BLOCKAGE. I want to note as well I use this on hard wood floors ONLY for a quick clean I never expected for it to be my main vacuum in my house, I don’t use it on carpets so the fact that it’s broken despite not even being used for heavy cleaning is absolutely ridiculous. I contacted customer support, after going back and forth on email with no solution I just called the support line and they say the only option I have is to ship this to them to see if this problem is under warranty. They won’t offer replacement or a refund. I think it’s absolutely absurd to have to ship something back to them and hope it is covered and even if it is they ONLY offer “repair”. Repair on a product less than a year old with no physical issue besides a code. Obviously it’s a computer issue inside of it and I don’t feel like I will have the guarantee that it won’t happen again just for them to claim it’s out of the year manufacture warranty at that point and not help me because clearly they don’t even care about the extended warranty I purchased because apparently that’s not through them? I reached out to that warranty and they won’t help me either claiming it’s a Dreame company issue. I provided all of the proof, purchase date, the extended warranty as well as the code it is throwing showing it won’t turn on, and that it has no blockages. So despite spending almost $300 on a vacuum and an extended warranty on top of that I’m left with a defective vacuum less than a year old and absolutely no resolution from support. Not to mention it definitely doesn’t hold battery life for 30 minutes but I didn’t mind to much about that because I was only using it for quick cleans in my living room and kitchen on hard wood floor. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DREAME AND DEFINITELY DONT SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ON AN ILLEGITIMATE WARRANTY. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I was going to buy a Dyson vacuum, but decided to try something more inexpensive before spending $600. I made the right decision because this vacuum is actually everything that I need. I love the way that you can use different attachments very easily the smaller vacuum attachment is perfect for when you need super suction. I had a rug that I had not vacuumed in a long time, because I do not own a vacuum, so I only usually slept with a broom, and it also sat in storage for over a month collecting dust, and this vacuum brought it back to life. The vacuum was also perfect for vacuuming my sofa, by using the really small attachments. It also works well with my hardwood floors. The battery life is OK, because it’s not like I’m going to sit in vacuum for over an hour. I usually backing something quick and then put it back up. If you can, wait until perm day so that you can get a discount on this vacuum. I think I bought mine for $100 off

I love everything about this vacuum aside from wishing the battery lasted longer in full suction. But it makes up for it with how well it cleans and is simple enough to hang back up to recharge for an hour or two. The whole design is easy to use and empty and isn’t an eyesore when left out between cleanings. I prefer things meant for cleaning actually LOOK clean and welcoming to use, and this hits the mark. I’ve used it regularly for over a year and a half and would buy another. I have cats and dogs that shed a lot and rugs that collect all the dust. This handles the deep cleaning that robot vacuums can’t quite reach, and is my go to for quick spot cleaning. Looking for a second filter now since it takes a day for it to dry after washing, but haven’t found one yet. Listed replacement parts would be beneficial.

This is the 3rd vacuum I’ve purchased of this brand and from this company. Each time-the vacuum has broken in the same exact spot. Twice the vacuum fell from a standing position and came apart in the same area. It looked like an easy fix, however I tried and could never get the parts to “click” back together. The company finally sent me another entire piece but it took several weeks to receive.As for this particular purchase, I was simply vacuuming and the vacuum pulled apart (as shown in the photos). My boyfriend and I tried to push the pieces back together and it would not cooperate.I love the vacuum-when it’s working. But all 3 times I have owned the product less than a year when it broke in the same exact area.*update-the company did send a replacement and it is working very well. I’m hoping to have no difficulty with it this time.
