what material is the tabletop made of? Are the brakes rust-proof?

The top is made of MDF with a laminate cover, and the brackets are made of painted steel. While the paint is on, it should not rust, but excess moisture can cause it to start rusting.

Would this table work outside? Would it warp in the rain?

I do not think it would do well in the rain.
