Don't know why they bother including the gloves, they are worthless. Porous fabric doesn't keep wind down, the hard sections for your knuckles don't seem like they'd survive a 5 year old's karate class and the stitching comes apart in front of your eyes.But the helmet. I'll preface this by saying I've only worn single piece full helmets for the last 30 years. Having the hinged jaw is a game changer for me. I wear glasses, and they were always a pain to wear with helmets and never sat right. I can't wear contacts, but about once every two to three years I try again just because the helmets pinch the glasses and vibrate them and longs trips give me a headache. I then lose my eyesight due to severe pinkeye and for a month on steroid eyedrops to get back to normal, I swear off contacts forever. Until the next time.But, this helmet has saved me from ever doing that again. Flip the jaw up, the glasses slide right in and are easily adjusted for comfort. The helmet is nice and tight fitting but without the eyeglass arms getting bound up. For fit alone, I'd give it 5 stars - best fitting helmet I've owned, even outside the glasses issue.The jaw hinge seems sturdy. I've had it about three months, and in TX ride year round, several times a week at least. Even with the colder temps, I don't notice a lot of air leakage. It has a little slider that will pull down the shaded windscreen behind the clear one, and you can either slide it back up or it will retract with the jaw motion. I don't much like sunglasses, and it was always not worth it to swap windscreens on my other helmets, so this is nice for the few minutes near dusk/dawn riding nearly into the sun.The bluetooth is reliable, connects to the phone easily. The controls are a bit weird in my opinion, but easy enough to get used to. I like the integrated bluetooth - previously I've had some externally mounted ones that always had one problem or another, but so far it has worked flawlessly.It is a bit weak on the volume. I can hear perfectly fine up to about 45-50. By 60, I can't listen to podcasts (or, presumably, a call), but music is o.k. I bought this helmet at the same time I got a different bike, so I can't say for sure whether the new bike is noisier or these just have a lower top volume. But, honestly, if I have the helmet on in the house it is plenty loud, and it probably isn't good long term to have much higher volume on for hours at a time on the road.Overall, I really like the new helmet.

Helmet is good. So far tried it 3 times and it’s not bad. Top padding is thin and can see the foam piece of helmet. Blue tooth is good as far as music for around 50 mph, around 60-70 mph on highway you will not be able to recognize the lyrics just some beats from your music. Phone calls are fine up to 50 mph. Glove fell apart from Velcro piece and stitches after 2-3 times of wearing them. However seller offered to send me another pair so I changed the rating from 3 to 4 star.

Helmet is very well made, the chin strap is one of the best I have ever used, its quite up to around 60 mph

I received this helmet last Monday, 1/13/20 and had it on the road trying it out the next day. After topping off the charge it took all of about a minute to pair it with my Garmin Zumo 550. I did not pair it with a phone as I never use a phone while I'm on the go. I'll check for and make calls at rest breaks. All the other tech functions worked as advertised, including the FM radio.Pro's- the modular "pop open" feature is really nice for getting the helmet on and off or for simply taking a drink without removing the helmet- the internal smoked visor is great as it can be pulled down when I turn into the sun and retracted when I get into a shaded area- I love the chin insert that keeps cold air from trickling up around my neck and with the built in neck wrap in my riding jacket, they keep drafts out of the helmet. However, I ride with a full windshield so I don't know if direct air stream will intrude around it.- I kept all the vents open the day I rode with the helmet on but as with most full coverage helmets I presume this one could tend to fog up. In that event it would be easy to pop up the outside clear visor to clear it up. Again I ride with a windshield so riding with this visor up is not a big deal for me- it took a minute or two to get used to the chin strap hook up but in the end it's a lot easier to fasten/unfasten with heavy winter gloves on than the old "loop the strap through the rings" method- the sizing was spot on for me. I measure for a medium, ordered a medium and it fits well, even for me who far prefers half helmets. But if you get it wrong the padding inserts provide the sizing, not the helmet. The vendor apparently is willing to provide free replacements to get it right.Cons- the lowering/raising of the internal smoked visor is pretty stiff when trying to operate it while riding with the lever on the left side of the helmet. I attribute that to newness and it's easy to open the clear visor and push the smoked visor up if need be- the speakers are very tinny with zero bass. I won't bother playing music off my Garmin with them. Their quality is far behind the speakers in my 15 year old Interphone F4 that I use in my half helmet. I've communicated with the vendor and they assure me they are looking at improvements, both hardware and software- the volume controls are tied into the FM radio controls with a rotary knob. The basic operation of these two functions is relatively simple but can be frustrating to deal with at 120kph in traffic. Hold the knob too long while trying to turn down the volume and you activate the FM radio. I would prefer the more common method of individual buttons for up/down volume controls.All in all I think this helmet provides excellent value for the cost. It'll make my cold weather riding much more pleasant. And since I don't buy helmets for their entertainment features I won't downgrade it for the cons I listed. Note: I haven't tried pairing it with other helmets yet as I don't often ride in groups. If I do I'll update this review with the results.

Not too bad for a cheap helmet,the main reason I bought it was it already had the blue tooth set-up in it and being able to link up with my riding buddy

I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day and it is great! As advertised, the fir was a bit snug so I emailed Sunday night to get a smaller lining and received a response dec by the next morning! New liner and larger gloves were received 3 days later and everything is perfect.During a test drive with the Bluetooth, my husband could hear well and I could hear him without wind sounds interfering.I’d recommend this helmet to others. 👍🏼

Glad I ordered X large as a perfect fit. High-quality helmet with extra features like a flip-up front and sun visor a real bonus and works well. The blue tooth features are excellent with crystal clear phone calls and good FM radio. highly recommended.

Quality is wonderful. Ease of use is great. The connection between two helmets is awesome! I am 1000% satisfied with the purchase. And the free gloves are of good quality as well. We needed to get one size up and one sized down liner for the two helmets we ordered after the fact. The company made good on their promise to fix the size of the initially bought size wasn’t perfect, company was prompt in sending the needed liner sizes and super easy to deal with. The instructions for the helmets and pairing them etc were easy to follow as well. Not one complaint about this purchase
