One fan came different sized, thin staves.
The feathers were soft and fluffy but I ordered two fans and one fan came that was slightly smaller and didnt have as long of feathers as the other.The staves are a thin wood that flex easily.Overall okay for a budget set, I added more feathers and fluffed them up. Works great for a beginner burlesque costume

Poor quality and $$$
The fans were nice at first, but they weren't very sturdy. After only a few shows, one arm was bent. And they were really expensive for the low quality.

Poor quality.
These were very poor quality, and look like they were older. There was a blue line on one of them that was pen, and the feathers were worn and there was even a replacement piece glued in the middle of one of the feathers.
