Elevates my morning cold brew
I started making cold brew at home to bring to work and set about looking for the perfect travel mug. This one ticks all the boxes. It's such a pleasure not only to hold the curved glass, but to drink out of the well designed glass lid. The coffee flows nicely with no spillage. I don't find it very insulated and it would spill (or break) if tipped over, but I knew this when I purchased it. I'm considering getting a second one to have on hand since it looks like the manufacturer has discontinued it.

Beautiful to look at, OK heat retention
It is very beautiful to look at and to use and is well made.Heat retention is OK for an hour but not great for a longer time.You can sip through the opening in the top, but you can't close that opening, so if you tip it it will spill.If you travel with it you must be careful. It is just slightly too large to fit into a 2002 Buick coffee cup holder.Others may work.

Disappointed with the Lid.
I really wanted to love this beautiful mug but like so many reviews have mentioned, the lid design is terrible. The lid pops out easily. It's true as others have suggested that the problem is somewhat mitigated by making sure that the lid's silicone gasket and the inside lip of the glass are both dry. However, most of us just want to have our morning coffee without the extra hassle.

Fabulous Coffee/Tea Mug.
It is glass so as long as you treat it that way you will be pleased as I am. And beautiful as well as functional. I need see through coffee holders for my job and this is perfect. I do travel with it but am careful not to break it.

terrible lid design. It will shake off in the car. This is not a travel cup

Terrible. Lid won’t stay down
Terrible. Lid won’t stay down. Once hot liquid is in the cup, the steam pushes the lid up. The bubbler gasket does nothing to prevent it from sliding up. I missed the return window for this, so I will be donating it.

Great cup
This cup is wonderful. I do not like the taste of plastic and this is perfect. I could not be more pleased.

Sad to see it go
Loved this mug until I dropped it on the sidewalk outside my car and had to sweep up thousands of tiny shards of glass. I miss it dearly.
