The elastic in the chin support has a very disagreeable, rubbery, odor. I've detected this very same odor before but I can' place it. I would not order this product again for that reason. As I've used it I don't think I can return it. I have it hanging on my nightstand drawer handle in hopes that the odor will dissipate with time.My first use: my wife said she could hear me snore, albeit not terribly loud, so I have to assume it didn't work very well.I would like to return for a refund but that would be totally up to the product's vendor.SleepInnovate: Let me know if you stand behind your product and will refund my payment. I would be happy to return it to you for analysis if you are surprised by my indication of its off-putting rubbery odor. Maybe your manufacturer is letting there quality control slide?

This is one of those products that works for certain individuals and does not work for others. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. If I could redesign this product, I would make the straps longer (for large men) and stiffer. The material used is too flexible for my jaw. I could still talk, open my mouth, etc. with this strap on.If the purpose of this strap is too keep my lower jaw closed, then the strap should have sufficient stiffness and strength to accomplish this. Again, this strap may work very well for smaller men and women, but it did not work for me.

i ve been having problems with my partner because he couldn,t sleep at night due to my loud snoring , so i started to search something original that i dont have to insert inside my nose which i,ve been afraid toso i decided to give the Stop snoring chin strap a try and actually i am absolutly happy with the resultsmy partner is even more happy than me because he finally could sleep all night long without interruptions due to my snoringI am so glad that finally found a great solution to my problem snoring and feel great now !!!!!!!!!! i feel that i can sleep with no worries thinking my partner will wake up in the middle of the night because of my faultTHANK YOU to the stop snoring chin strap totally work for me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tested it last night and it's quite confortable, at first, you kind of fell there is something around your head, but after several minutes you forget about it. It's not necessary to put the ears in the cuttings, made for this (see my photo). And most important: in order it to be effective you have to get use to hold your head in a special position - "head up"/"chin up", like you are looking up (see photo). In this position airway is open and free from obstacles, but chin should be closed - that's where chin strap come to help, because it's almost impossible to control your chin to closed, while you sleep, especially whe you sleep face up.So I tested it last night fist time and I was sleeping lika a baby!

Quality of the product is good, the only issue is that it doesn't, and won't, work as advertised. To close the mouth of the user the band needs to be adjusted to a VERY tight fit which is really uncomfortable and fatigues the jaw muscles. Additionally the top of the band keeps slipping off the top of my head. My hair are about 10cm long, anyone with longer hair will experience the same thing. I expect even people with short hair to have this issue. The solution is going bold I guess... A better solution for snoring or mouth breathing in general is taping your mouth for the night. Any similar "around the head band" products will work just as bad, because it's just a bad design. The product itself is high quality, shame it doesn't work...

The product is well constructed and provides a comfortable fit. I was hoping this product would help to resolve snoring associated with OSA but unfortunately this product did not work for me.

HAVE'T USED THE PRODUCT YET BUT CAN'T UNDERSTAND EXACTLY HOW IT WILL WORK AT THIS POINT.

I purchased this product for my husband who has a snoring problem that has been getting progressively worse. I didn’t think this would do much to help, to be honest. But it has been a LIFE SAVER! His snoring has completely stopped. It fits comfortably on him. He has a smaller head. The Velcro offers plenty of variability to adjust to the appropriate size. He sleeps comfortably with it all night (and now so do I). The material feels durable yet soft enough for sleep. I would recommend 100%.
