U can use them to assist u with yoga & pilates movements or muscle building exercises like squats, curls, push ups etc. The straps can be adjusted for your height, they are made of very strong reinforced material, they will support up to 500 pounds of weight & there are comfortable handles for u to hold onto. There is a bag to store the straps in & a booklet detailing many types of exercises u can do using the straps. The set is great value as u will save so much time & money not having to visit the gym to work out, u can get fit & improve your strength & stamina easily at home or in the fresh air outdoors.

Why pay upwards of £150 for the big name brand, when this suspension training kit does the exact same job? My personal trainer has TRX and while they're great for gyms and an industry leader, for home use this is what you need. The diagram of moves it comes with is useful, but I highly recommend the "Palace Learning" four pack of large posters of different suspension strap workouts if you need something big on the wall to help you focus and develop. Also do ensure you hang it over the door the right way (so you're pulling into the frame, not away)--I stupidly put it on the wrong side at first and it sent me flying, but I quickly resolved it. My lat strength is improving so much with these, and I'm only just starting out. I can't recommend this kit highly enough. Ideal if you're short on space and want to develop upper body strength at home, but they work your whole body as you try all the different movements. Last year my sports advisor told me that gyms in the UK would be closed. That's why he sent a similar product to this one, but now I wanted to buy one of my own because I didn't like it.I haven't been exercising since last year. My trainer recommended this product and said I could exercise at home. so I can continue with my exercises and continue building my strength.I had some doubts because I didn't think something so simple would work so well. It would be an understatement to say it works because it pushed me so hard. He trains really well.Frankly, I was expecting a cheap and simple product, but I was so wrong! I use this product several times a week and I must admit that I still feel fully functioning after my workouts! (I use it for Top and Bottom)It comes with a helpful brochure detailing how to do the different exercises which is a little helpful. Here is important information about what you can do.You don't need very big houses or areas to use it. Even people living in the studio apartment can use it. It is a very practical product.

I wanted to give this a try but wasn't ready to spend a fortune with the "official" ones. At the end of the day it is a very simple device. I was impressed with the quality of this one, all the clips are metal, the handle is plastic but feels comfortable. The size of rope is ok and it comes with a hook that can extend it a bit further, we use ours with an outside swing.

I was slightly dubious before placing the order for this as the price was far lower than what I was originally looking to spend on a suspension trainer (also black and yellow) made by a different manufacturer. Having used the other model at a cross fit club I can honestly say this product is just as good. Straps are strong and stitching is strong, ratchets are good quality as are the caribiner hooks. Hand and feet handles are also really comfortable. All in all if you are looking for a great value suspension trainer which is ideal for home use, or for taking to park or hotel etc, then I recommend this.
