Did not color my hair

I have been using sante for a few yrs now, My natural hair color is strawberry blonde with some grey, I have used their strawberry blonde, and various shades in the red family with much success, tried the nut brown, worked okay, decided I wanted to go auburn so I tried the chestnut, did not do a thing, no brown at all.

Utter disaster!

I wish I could give this zero stars, because it was a NIGHTMARE. Mixes like mud and dries like clay WHILE IT'S IN YOUR HAIR. Had to wash my hair five times to get it out. And it goes everywhere. Cleaning up is a hassle. Also it didn't color my hair. At all. Clairol here I come!
