The Festool 497563 doesn't seem to exist anymore. Is there a different model that this is known to fit?

This items generally fits most cases in the rough size of 15-5/8" x 11-5/8" x 4" (395 x 295 x 105 mm). I've used it in both the Festool 497563 and the Makita 197210-9 [15-1/2" x 11-5/8" x 4-3/8" (394 x 295 x 114 mm). The Thickness of the foam is only about 1-1/2" (38mm) thick, so there is plenty of headroom for standard length bits to fit and clear the lid. It fit's 'properly' tight, so the foam will not bounce around in either of the 2x models. Again, find a storage case in roughly the dimensions I've listed and You shouldn't have any issues. I also use these in a Makita 197211-7 that is 6-1/2" (165mm) high. The foam with the bits is placed on top of the compact router tool that is embedded in foam insert Makita T-02571. It fits perfectly, like a tray. I use both Festool Systainers & Makita Interlocking boxes.
