This thing is amazing!
I am not sure why people are complaining about this soundbar. For the price I thought I would be taking a huge chance, but after getting it I am so glad we did! Please keep in mind this is a sound BAR not a sound SYSTEM. It is meant to enhance the volume/bass quality not give surround sound or mass amounts of bass. Our TV had a flat&quiet sound to it so we bought this. Mostly because of the different plug ins that came with it. I LOVE this sound bar! It greatly improved the sound of our tv. It looks sleek&"expensive" on our TV stand. I love how easy it is to control the enhancement. Only issue I have had is sometimes when turning rhe volume up the system turns off (which is to do with the remote itself) once I hit the power button its right back. I just have to be careful how hard I press the buttons.I wish I could upload a video to show how awesome this boosts my televisions sound. Walking Dead sounds awesome now!

Pretty Good for the Money
Overall its a pretty good little sound bar for the price. It doesnt get super loud but the sound quality is pretty good. We use it for a 50" tv in our master bedroom and it works well. I wouldnt use it for a living room or somewhere you want it really loud but for a bedroom its good. I got it on sale for like $40 and it seems to be well built. I wouldnt pay $80 for it but for around $40 its good.

Non-secure Bluetooth lets neighbors connect and play music!
Update: Do not buy this if you live in an apartment complex, dorm, or anyplace where you have neighbors close by!Someone near me is able to connect to my RSR Soundbar via Bluetooth and play music in my home. Even while off, the soundbar turns itself on in the middle of the night and plays music that I can't control. The only way I can make it stop is to unplug the power cord from the wall. I'm sure my neighboor is doing this accidentally, but it's still terrifying and annoying.I only use the soundbar with the included optical cable, connected directly to my TV. I don't use any Bluetooth connection. Nevertheless, someone else should not be able to connect to my device and play music in my home. The soundbar needs better software security or a physical buttons to turn Bluetooth On or Off.Amazon customer service was fantastic in in helping me create a return.- - -Original Review:Bought this to replace my TV's built-in speakers that have started rattling and cracking. I think this bar sounds great, and I suspect that many of the negative reviews are from audiophiles who were hoping to get $300 worth of sound out of a $60 speaker. I'm no audiophile, and the fact that this bar puts out some clean low bass and hits on just about every other tone coming out of my TV makes it good enough for me.The only thing I dislike is its auto-off feature. After 15 or so minutes of no signal - like if you have a movie paused - it turns off. It's a bit a nuisance to return from the restroom, sit down on the couch, start a video on some phone app, and then *also* have to locate the remote to turn on the sound bar. To my knowledge there's no way to bypass this either, but if I'm wrong, I'd love to hear how.

Very satisfactory.
I love this thing. Sure, it's not one of those really expensive models, but it's really good for someone living in a small apartment. With movies, it's great, because it compliments the speakers on my TV, as long as I don't turn the TV itself up so loud as to flood the sound out. With Netflix, not so much. The two together make a slight echo effect...though that might be the fault of the TV speakers. I love that this thing powers up automatically when I turn the TV on. The optical cable was a nice bonus; no need to mess around with setting up "Bluetooth" gadgetry. If you're looking for a good soundbar without breaking your bank account, go with this one.

Remote Control Cheap.
The sound of the sound bar is fine for our use in the rather small den. Our remote broke after about 11 months, the battery compartment would not open. Also the remotes signal seems to be weak (even when new). We had to put the soundbar behind the television to keep it out of reach of little people and also, because I could not find a television mount that fit my small Samsung television. We need to either move closer to the speaker or become a contortionist to adjust the volume for our television in our small den.
