The sticky backing is not great so the fall off fast. This company does not send extra sticky backs like other companies so even if you find them you can’t re-apply them. Be sure to go with a company that send extra sticky back as several other ones do. Too much money for not staying on and not getting enough use.

This is acuPRESSURE, not puncture. I've done both, and these are amazing! After wearing them for six days, my migraines and digestion are way better! I really love the video instructions that came along with this order. These ear seeds stick on so well and last for over a week. I ordered ear seeds from other brands and they have only lasted a few days. These are the best ones yet.I am mainly using them for stress relief and what a difference it makes. My jaw used to be so tense and ever since using the ear seeds I can feel an immediate reduction of any tension and stress levels go down.. I am so happy for these little sparkly life savers.
