Easily cooked and boiled two items at a time

The Product is great, but I received damaged product, I have uploaded the photo.IKEA Steamer Basket seems very compact and useful to steam cook Beans, Vegetables. It behaves/ works well, and my only issue is I received a damaged product. I fixed the dent by using a nose plier. This product is very useful in my kitchen.

Useless

The pictures made it seem like the build quality was of a thicker metal, but it's the same thickness as most run of the mill steamers. There is a nice design element in the extra metal hook that lets you fish out the steamer from a vessel easily, though that central element is also my biggest problem with it. Most other steamers have a removable element, so you can put a bowl in, for example if you're steaming rice or reheating something that's on the more liquid side. The non-removable central element means that you can only use this to steam vegetables or other solid items that you can arrange around the central column, and can not be used with any other bowls or utensils placed on top of it.Other than that, it's decently made, and I think should last, and the curved feet means that it won't cut into your vessel— one of the reasons I got this was because my earlier one had little cylindrical feet that cut into the teflon of the saucepan I was sitting the steamer in.

Size is small but it's good product
