System-Six by Irwin Naturals, Healthy Weight and Metabolism Support, 100 Liquid Softgels

System six was a product I was anxious to receive. I needed an extra energy boost to help me get through my day and was hoping this would do the trick.First of all, I was disappointed at the size of the pills - they are gigantic!Not only did I have to swallow one huge pill, but three. The recommended dosage is 3 horse-size pills in the morning and 3 more in the afternoon.Lastly, I was not able to feel the eefect of this pill as all I could feel was a desperate need to throw up. The first few times I took them, they just made me feel nauseous throughout the day. Until this morning, the nausea feeling turned into actual vomit.I am not sure why they make me feel this way. I don't believe it's the caffeine because I am a life-long caffeine consumer and I've never had issues with it. So sorry they did not work for me. Hopefully they do for others.They made me feel miserable 😷

As a competing triathlete, I've been using System Six for years to maintain energy and endurance, not for weightloss. Just started using in tandem with NatureWise CLA 1250 a few months ago to shed some winter weight, and the results are pretty amazing. For some reason, these two products work great together. Have an all new appreciation for Irwin. This is one of their best.

Worked well with my day to day activities and gave me the extra boost I needed for my daily outdoor cycling. You must eat a good meal when taking them regularly or your stomach will hurt. I enjoyed the product and have since ordered twice.

I have high regard for the Irwin Naturals products. Unfortunately, I did not notice any change in my appetite or weight after using this product as directed despite tracking calories, nutrients and exercise. My only advice is that it might work for certain individuals, it just wasn't for me.

Does not work. Save your money. I did exactly what they say to do on these, eating right etc... no difference.

I've taken this in the past and really liked it. Didn't have as good results this time but better than most.

some of the soft gels were damaged and were all over the other soft gels.
