The quality of the skates are pretty great. The boots are thick, supportive, comfortable, and the perfect size. I kind of wish that the color on the tongue would go all the down. I added some Sure Grip pompoms.It has been a long time since I’ve skated frequently and I want to start skating outdoors. I usually exclusively skated indoors. These skates seemed to be indoor/outdoor skates when I read the description, so I thought they would be a good choice. After skating outdoors with them when they first arrived, I realized that they were more difficult to skate with outdoors than expected. Indoors was good. I couldn’t find the size of the wheels that came with the skates, but I figured they were better suited, and too hard, to skate easily outdoors.So, I bought some Sure Grip boardwalk outdoor wheels. They are 78A, so better suited for outdoors. Not only do they look great because the colors of the wheels happen to go so well with the boots, but my skates are now excellent for the outdoor skating I want to do.I highly recommend these skates for indoor skating. If you want to skate outdoors mostly, consider getting these skates and some outdoor wheels.

Beautiful skates.. i ordered the green and purple. It is not purple it is pink. Exactly like the picture. The glitter is amazing. They sparkle like crazy. I knocked off a star because I wear a size 8 shoe and bought an 8 ladies (7 men) but they were way to big. I skated around my house a bit but my foot just slid back and forth and I got a bad blister on the top of my toes within 15 min.So... Don't get me wrong. I will replace them. But definitely go down a size. Ill be re-ordering them in a 7.

Love, love, love these! They are really comfortable with lots of padding. It’s hard to see in the pictures but the skates are super sparkly with a great glossy finish. The wheels are smooth when you’re skating

Purchased for an older niece. I wanted to get her some real skates with real wheels, something more durable than those at Walmart and Target. These are gorgeous; they really glimmer in the sun. The perfect compromise of quality and price for an older kid who will eventually outgrow the size. Metal trucks with nice indoor/outdoor wheels and nice bearings that aren't crazy fast. I switched out the wheels/bearings for Crazy Illumin8 wheels to make them more fun for her (highly recommend BTW; they're a great deal for beginner skaters and kids since they include the bearings so you don't have to worry about flipping the nut like you would with luminous light up wheels or similar models that don't include the bearing.I recommend digging out a 1/2" socket or crescent wrench and loosening the wheels (check that they are equally loosened).Her skates were rolling perfectly straight right out of the box but the wheels were super tight and not evenly tightened. I didn't loosen the trucks for her since they were rolling straight but I can if she has trouble turning later as she progresses.

Long story short: If you’re serious about skating save your money and buy something higher quality.These are great beginner skates- they are cute and get the job done. For the price point or if you were looking to spend a little more you can get much much higher quality skates right here on Amazon! It really does make a world of difference. These were the first skates I ever purchased (May 2020) and rode them until I ripped the boot/warped the bearing. They helped me learn the basics of skating but looking back I would have gotten a lot better a lot faster if I was using higher quality skates.I really liked my Impala skates as a beginner. I’ve seen them run anywhere from 60-100 on Amazon but if I could go back I would get the Moxi beach bunny skates. They are a little pricier at 169 but if you really think you’ll love skating they are worth saving up for. They also have a skate called the rainbow rider which is in the low 100s.Honestly just a girl who taught herself how to skate and trying to help people save some time
