This is a great product. I found out about this from Bill Henderson's book. The purpose of this product is to convert your body from an acidic one to an alkaline one. This is very important. Cancer and arthritis can't live in an alkaline body. You have to take about 20 per day. It isn't hard. Just break it up to 3 times a day. I've done this everyday for the last 5 weeks and already I feel the difference. Usually it takes about 6 weeks. Please, please, read Bill Henderson's book, if you have cancer or arthritis or if you think you do. I'm writing this so you dont have to go through what I did. I woke up one day and the fear of prostate cancer overwhelmed me. I researched on my own and found Bill Henderson's books, How to cure cancer at home and cancer free. I read both. I'm doing everything he suggests, including diet,the Budwig formula and the supplements. You can get everything at amazon, including the books. Like I said, if I can help anyone by writing this and you dont have to go through all the research like I did, you'll save alot of time and worry. If I can do it you can too. I pray this helps someone.

I recommend this product to everyone suffering or dealing with anything. I don't quite know the science behind it, but these pills do give me a boost! I wasn't expecting anything of them either, just thought I'd try it out, but I'll admit that I still had my doubts. Well, these pills help my stomach feel better after eating, make me get a better nights sleep, wake up feeling refreshed, and give me a natural energy boost throughout the day! I suppose my body was more on the acidic side and these along with a mostly vegan diet helped me get more on the alkaline side. My aches and pains didn't disappear, but certainly improved. I will be looking to order more again once I run out!

The cancer free book stated, “20 capsules @ 200 mg per capsule” so I think people are taking a lot more than they need to be. Need to be taking 4,000 mg per day for CANCER🙏

Bill Henderson's advice and guidance regarding curing cancer gently is priceless... far superior and much more cost effective than buying your oncologist his 2nd or 3rd or 4th vacation home! I am not only a 1 year cancer survivor ~ I am a THRIVER, thanks to his advice ! Love Green Supreme! I am 49 years old, my knees had been stiff and sore. I tried everything and then came across Green Supreme. I take 4-6 capsules a day and I basically have no pain.
