One of my favorite cheese now in powder form!
I never thought Asiago could be in powder form. I’ve bought powdered cheddar since that’s America’s go-to for mac n cheese. So I was happy to find one of my favorite cheeses in powder form! Fresh Asiago is great to add to mac n cheese, giving it a deeper sweeter flavor, but I only used a small amount, and buying the wedge then goes to waste. I like the convenience of not shredding it and just sprinkling or spooning it into my dishes. The only thing is that the zip-top lock on the bag sucks! It doesn’t close properly, so just be wary of that. Recommended.

Judee's cheese powders are the best!!!
I love all Judee's cheese powders. Asiago has to be my favorite. Each powder has a very distinct flavor. You know you're getting cheddar, you can taste the difference between the cheese flavors. I love these!
