Boss Large RM 387 Leather Relaxer Recliner Swivel Glider Chair - Power Recline Trend Pebble Leather w/USB -

I bought this chair from a local retailer. The chair never worked properly, and while the retailer attempted to assist with correcting the problem, the solutions were never permanent. The chair seems to lose power and gets stuck in the recline or down position -- for example, the chair has been stuck in the recline position since Thanksgiving Day. I've tried contacting IMG USA, but the local retailer has gone out of business. IMG - USA indicated they would send replacement parts (a new transformer and wiring - something that has been replaced three times now), but it has not yet arrived as of this writing (three full weeks after they said they would send it). The chair is very comfortable when it works. It is, unfortunately, expensive and not consistently functional. I would NOT recommend you purchase this chair do to functionality and servicing issues.
