CLARIFICATION ONCE AND FOR ALL TO SOLVE ALL THE MIXED REVIEWS ABOUT THIS KIT!
The Omix-Ada 16580.23 Drive Shaft Pinion Yoke "KIT" is part number 16580.23 This is the OMIX-ADA part number. For reference, OMIX-ADA and Rugged Ridge are the same company. This kit, with its own individual part number, is a kit OMIX-ADA hand makes, made up of the following individual parts: 16580.02 Yoke, D30/35/44/50 U bolt 26 spline 1958-2006 Jeep. 16521.20 Pinion Yoke Seal, Dana 35. 16584.03 Pinion Nut, Dana35. 16512.59 Pinion Spacer, Dana 35. 16582.02 U-Joint Bolt Kit. I will now try to address all the negative things said in each review to clarify.1. This kit is for a DANA 35. I called Rugged Ridge, spoke with tech customer service, and verified everything. This kit is specifically put together for a DANA 35, specifically the Pinion seal. Alot of the parts in the kit fit a DANA30, but this kit is for the DANA35. My Jeep has a DANA 30 front axle, and had the strap style u bolts. Two of them broke off inside the Yoke, so I needed to replace the Yoke itself. The Yoke for a DANA 30 online the cheapest I could find it was $60. I paid $13 for this kit, and it included the yoke, the same part number, 16580.02 Cant go wrong with Amazon, free 2 day shipping and a $13 kit that has a $60 Yoke in it.2. The kit is not missing the "oil seal" I believe the review was referring to the Pinion Yoke Seal, That is part number 15521.20 It slips over the pinion, goes into the pumpkin, gets tapped in so diff fluid does not leak out. The Yoke itself then goes behind that and is held onto the pinion by the pinion nut, part number 16584.03, also included.3. The guy who said "Yoke fits... Nut doesn't". Correct, that is because he was trying to install it on a DANA 30, and this kit is for a DANA 35. Again the YOKE itself fits a DANA 30/35/44.4. "Not what's pictured or described" - This is correct, and what disappointed me. I had to only give this kit 3 stars on the review, because in the pictures it shows the strap style U bolts and the 4 little bolts to hold it in, made by DANA SPICER, which would have been great quality, but it comes with U joint Bolt kit, part number 16582.02 which is not what is pictured in the description picture. See my pictures to see what the U bolts look like.So to summarize, this is a great price for a good kit. I paid $13 for it, free 2 day shipping, and it had a Yoke in it that sells for $60 alone online elsewhere, which is really the only part I needed. It is misleading because the picture shows the strap style U bolts with 4 bolts included , but that is not what is included.

Not the correct oem parts, but does work for a Dana35.
This kit does not include the correct parts, however it does fit. I has a yoke meant for the Dana 30 front axle, a seal meant for a Dana 27, and a crush sleeve and nut meant for a Dana 35. The portion of the yoke that inserts into the diff is smaller diameter than the original, but the seal is sized to match. If you ever need to replace the seal in the future you will need a spicer 40554 instead of the "correct" seal. The seal is not nearly as nice as the proper oem size spicer-branded seal. The oem Spicer seal has a nice wide flange that makes it real easy to tap in with a block of wood and a mallet. It seats flush and can be easily removed later by prying under that flange. The seal with this kit has no lip so you need something the right diameter to carefully tap it in without bending the lip, and it'll be a bugger to remove later. All told, I wish I knew this ahead of time and would have paid the extra for the correct spicer brand yoke and seal.

It was missing the oil seal
I oreder this in aticipation of being able to put it on upon arrival. I already had my 97' Jeep Wrangler 2.5 litre on the jack stand and drive shaft removed from pinion yoke. However it was missing th eoil seal in the kit. Name brand equipment, spicer for all of it but also compare to the old pinion yoke it was a different size or I owuld have jsut kept the kit and used the old oil seal. The pinion yoke within the kit did not fit the old oil seal. However, I give it 1 star for not having all the parts, but 3 stars for quality parts. As th esaying goes, only horshoes and hand grenades count for being close enough, as in the was almost close enough to fit but didn't. Good return policy though. I love Amazon's return policy and prime shipping!

Yoke fits... Nut doesn't
The yoke fits a Dana 30 pinion shaft but the nut does not. I switched my CV flange for this u-joint style yoke and the splines fit perfectly. I went to thread on the new nut and it was much too big.

Awesome.
At first you may think it is not the right size but there is an adapter that comes with it. I used it on my 89 YJ.

Pinion Yoke Kit
Most of the parts in my kits where Dana and Spicer parts so at least you know that they are not some cheap china import.

Read this before ordering
Be aware that the Amazon description for this is incorrect. It is NOT for a Dana 35. It is actually for a Dana 30. The pinion yoke was Rugged Ridge brand and I looked up the part number on their website and it clearly states there that it is for Dana 30. I had my Jeep taken apart and only after that did I realize something wasn't right.
