I bought this one because I have used the smaller version for my short hair, but now that my hair has grown out over a few years I needed a straightener with larger plates for faster straightening. I love it! What I received is exactly what is pictured. It heats up fast and works great for my long hair. Would recommend to a friend.

I do like this iron and it works fine but I was surprised by how wide it was. I think the width would work great for someone with longer hair than mine though. Also, this iron is digital. It has on/off buttons on the handle and they are located where you grasp the iron to do your hair, so lots of times I accidentally turn it off. It would be better if the buttons were on the inside part of the iron and if I could go back I would have gotten the thinner one. But, it does the job for now.

This is the best straightener I’ve had. Heats up fast and straightens my hair better than any I have ever bought. I have long thick hair and it’s hard to find a straightener that works for me

I love it! I have had it for a little than a month and it amazing. It straightens my hair super quick and doesn't burn and make it frizzy. It helps with the frizziness of my hair. The straightener get really hot which I need because my hair is super thick and wavy. I used a CHI for 5 years which was great but I like this straightener a lot more. It's lighter and my hands don't get tired from holding while doing my hair. I cut my straighten time in half with this straightener. For the price of it it's completely worth it!

Received this iron and plates are not aligning. This flat iron is very heavy and bulky and because of that you have to put your hand closer to the plates and you burn your hands. You have to have a very big hand for this flat iron. It is not plastic and seems like with overtime that shiny paint will chip off if you placing it on the stone or tile counter top. I returned this iron because of the plates are not aligning and Sally beauty refused to return my return shipping fee that I paid to ship it back to them! I will not order anything ever again that is sold by Sally beauty supply!

We had a previous version of this product which fell and cracked. We decided to replace it with something different that seemed like it would be good. Needless to say, that one is back in its original box collecting dust. We ended up purchasing this one and once again, we are very pleased with this product. This iron gets very hot. It only takes a few swips and my hair, which has natural curl, is straight. I would certainly purchase this item again.
