True to size
I hate sloppy shoes, I like mine to fit like a glove. I have been working on building foot strength and went from shoe size 8 to a 7-1/2, but based on other reviews I thought I should order the 8 to be safe. They were too loose and my heel slid around in back, even after I put in insoles! I returned those and bought the correct size and they are perfect. The toe bed is definitely snug, but it loosens up with only a little bit of wear so I think it will break in fine. It might be a problem for high arches and/or wide feet, but the boot seems to be designed to mold around the foot that wears it. I have a little plantar fasciitis and the arch support hits me in the right place, whereas the larger size was a little off. Also the toe bed feels more comfortable in the correct size. The boot has a moderately flexible sole for people who prefer shoes that bend, more like a sneaker then a boot. Also the tread is grippy so I can get around on icy city sidewalks and on muddy winter trails walking my dog. They also are cute, an original design (I love that they slip on/off), warm, and work under wide pants or over skinny pants/leggings. A great value!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Its been a week since I wrote the above review, since then I have put a couple miles on these shoes and they are breaking in great. I wear them to work downtown (Seattle casual) and to walk the dog around my neighborhood. The initial tightness across the toes loosened up quickly and it is forming to my foot shape.

Instep snugness is no joke, but once you have it on it's very comfortable
I bought this boot for winter walking/hiking with my dog. I have heavy-duty winter Sorel's that are much too heavy and clunky to be pleasant for long walks, even though they are warm. I get exhausted wearing them. So I was looking for a lighter boot, warm in cold temperatures (this one holds up in -20 or so F), with great tread, that didn't exhaust me to lug around on my feet.Things of note:Tread is excellent, heavy, sturdy, and great traction on ice and in the outdoors.Fits as expected. I am a 8.5 to 9, I typically buy a 9 in winter boots so I can fit with a heavy sock. When I read that the instep was tight on these, I bought a 9 for sure. Glad I did. Fits mostly as expected. If you have a crazy high instep or a much wider than normal foot, I would hesitate to buy these without trying them out, as I'm not sure you'd get into them! My foot is average to slightly wide width. That instep is VERY tight. It's a tough boot to get on. However I can, and I expect the elastic to loosen up a bit with time and I"m sure it'll be fine. It does not feel tight at all once it's on, it's just a bugger to get on!The faux fur lining top does not continue inside the boot. It is only decorative on the very top. I wish the inside had a little more fleecey feeling liningI would highly recommend a heavy duty water proofing for additional coat as the suede looks sort of delicate. There is not much arch support. This isn't major for me, in fact i find too much arch support to be uncomfortable. The boot is still very comfortable but if you are looking for something with significant arch support, this isn't your bootOverall I feel it's a good purchase. The MSRP purchase price of 150 on this listing seems excessive, however. It seems most retailers sell this put for under a $100, and there are many outlets online selling for the 69-79 dollar range. I would say the product warrants a 60-75 dollar price tag. I wouldn't pay much for for them than that, and anything less than 60 would be a bargain!

so comfy and warm!
AMAZING! fast shipping and great product! super light boots, I was very surprised by the weight, and they are very warm super comfy boots! and great insulation and waterproof. I've just had them for couple weeks, but they are super cozy. I live in Buffalo, NY, and let me tell you they survived through the ARTIC BLAST of November 2014! great winter proof right there. Also they look super cute. For the past 4 years I've used Keen boots and I didn't like that they had very little support, this Teva boots are great support, and yes they are a bit snug on the entrance, but they do give in after a week and I prefer that than a zipper. so it's just preference. I also did order 1/2 size up than I usually do and they fit perfect!

Great boot, but too narrow
I ordered these 1/2-size up (8 1/2 from my usual size 8), knowing that Tevas can run a bit small. The length and heel were just fine (there was even some slip in the heel), but they were too narrow through the toe box. I was really unhappy to send them back, because they are such attractive, well-made, supportive boots! But my toes need lots of room. Too bad.

comfortable, warm
These are very cute, comfortable, warm, durable, and a huge pain to get on and off. I bought these for a trip to North Dakota because I felt that I needed something more durable. They did seem durable, but it became a running joke watching me struggle at the door to pry these on and off. The boots are too narrow to easily slide your foot in. You either have to pry the boot open to get your foot in or force it on using the handy loops on the front and back. Not very convenient if you're going to be in and out all day, not to mention going through the airport. I wish I could return them but they were the only shoes I had with me during the trip so I had no choice but to wear them.

Excentes botas
Compré estas botas para un viaje a Berlín en invierno y resultaron muy cómodas y calentitas. Desde el primer día me quedaron como un guante. Muy satisfecha con ellas.

Lovely boot, great service and comms throughout, but had to return the boots, too small...
These are gorgeous boots, perfect for the winter coming up, and based on the previous reviews i ordered a size up, for my daughter, as she's usually a size 5... but unfortunately it was impossible to get one of them on at all (she has slim ankles but it just seemed to be the angle and you can't unfasten them, you can pull the bungees around and they seem tuff and maybe they would have 'given' after a while but we didn't want to wreck the boots!..) - the other boot went oneventually and my daughter said she can understand why they are called 'little cloud' because they felt amazing underfoot but even so, it was too difficult to get on and would have left no room for socks either! So, i had to return them, but the seller was excellent about it, even when i complained the cost of returning them had amounted to double what i'd been led to believe, so they actually reimbursed me some of the return postage cost, as a gesture of good will. I would recommend the company, "Sportshoes Unlimited" and wish i could get a pair of these boots in my size but i would have to order an 8 and they didn't have my size (which is why i ordered the size 6 for my daughter, thinking that at least she can have a pair of these wicked boots.. but it wasn't meant to be) - So yeah, to sum up, brill boots, but very much on the Small size, although the company are great and the delivery was fast too.

Me plaisent mais…
La taille est OK. Mais je m'entraîne tous les soirs à les mettre puis à les retirer, ce qui n'est pas du tout facile. Le pied a du mal à passer! J'espère qu'elles vont s'ouvrir… mais pas trop!

Gutted
The boots i ordered were a size 6.5 were as i had orded a 6. However they stil came up to tight, i really liked the style and that they were warm and cosy but i had to send them back. I requested that the swap them for a 7 as i really liked them but they just gave me a refund. Every where had sold out of the size 7. so I WAS VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT IT
