Replaces OEM key
I managed to lose the ignition key for my BCS. It was the middle of a snow storm and I was clearing my driveway. The key was lost and gone forever somewhere under a foot of snow. The replacement key worked as expected and is now attached to the BCS with a colored lanyard.
