Plantronics Voyager Edge Bluetooth Headset with Car Charger and Clip-On Earloop

To clear up some misconceptions from some of the other reviews:Like many Voyager Edge users, I’ve lost two so far. This is my third. Obviously, that’s not the product’s fault. It’s just unobtrusive and thus easy to misplace or leave behind…It arrived in full (EU - European) factory sealed retail packaging, worthy on an unboxing video. Inside were:o The Plantronics Edge - brand new, as you might expect.o Two additional other-sized ear gels, plus an ear loop designed to secure it to your ear, if needed.o A small Plantronics-branded car-12V to USB-A chargero A 2 ft. USB-A to Micro-USB cableo Instructions, warranty, etc.It does not include the Plantronics charging cradle with its internal auxiliary battery,but this is not strictly necessary, since the Edge itself features a Micro-USB socket and so can be charged from any MIcro-USB power cable.Plus, as I mentioned, I already have two spare cradles, and this Edge works perfectly with them.This is the real reason I chose this item, as it represents significant cost savings over the US version which includes the cradle.Voice prompt languages:This “International” version defaults to “English UK”, which simply means a pleasant female english voice with a UK accent.If you get the “Plantronics Hub” IOS or Android App, you can adjust many of the unit’s settings, including:French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish voice prompts.No, there’s no “English US” choice, but that would seem to only be an issue for xenophobes.The free Plantronics Hub app lets you adjust lots of other settings, and also has a “Find My Headset” function which plays a very loud sound to help you find it if misplaced, yet still within Bluetooth range. Recommended.I’ve not experienced any odd disconnection issues with the various iPhones I use it with. I’ve stuck with Plantronics USB headsets for their very good voice quality and noise canceling, as I use it for work and need to sound my best.If you’re going to buy a Plantronics Edge, or keep losing yours and and want to save some money on a replacement,and can get over a pleasant female UK voice and lack of emergency charging cradle, this is for you.—

The product shipped out fast and arrive 2 days early!! I've been using this for about a year now and the battery life is holding strong, the quality is very high and I can't tell you how many times I have dropped it and it still works like new!!! I would buy this again, if I had to.. I don’t think I will though cause this is really well made!!! The audio quality is great and it always works, no matter what phone I have it hooked up with.. Thanks again for the awesome product!!!

Works well - only drawback is the small rubber piece to hold in ear doesn't work very well. Not as good as the discontinued BOSE, but a decent alternative.

Made two purchases and returned both. Because they weren't noise canceling as described.This is the best earpiece ever, light,comfortable,affordable.Finally I can talk with windows down,around other people and in public places!It even asks if you want to answer incoming call by saying who's on caller id, it even says what battery life is. I highly recommend for the busy active hard working people. Or just simply once and for all having the other person on your call hear you clearly!

I purchased 4 other plantronics bluetooth. So far, the original version (975) was the best. The newer EDGE keeps disconnecting. At first I thought it was bc three were refurbished, so I bought NEW.I even changed phones. Same problem.Wasted my money.

This is my second Plantronics headset; first one died after three years. I then bought a Jawbone. My Jawbone would always take half a second to connect when a call came in and the called would always be saying "Hello, Hello" because of that. The Plantronics connects quickly and is much better at blocking out noise. I couldn't even be outside with the Jawbone; even with no wind, callers would say I was breaking up. With the Plantronics I can walk down the sidewalk with traffic going by and callers hear me perfectly. Kind of amazing to me... Battery life is excellent. I just wear mine in the ear, much more comfortable than the ear loop which kills the top of my ear.

I've always loved Plantronics but this was such a waste of money. I bought this in July 2017, it's Oct. 2017 now and I have to break down and buy another one but I won't be buying Plantronics. This one stops working during calls and then I can't pick up the call on the phone, my caller doesn't hear me and I can't hear them. When I answer incoming calls, the caller can hear me but I can't hear them so I always have to call them back and then it's fine for a couple of seconds, then back to not being able to hear them. The usage is very short, lasts only a couple of calls and then it's dead and has to be re-charged.I bought this new, not refurb and I am so disappointed.

Plantronics Best! Small, convenient, has an array of options, and excellent sound. Mobile charger-base is a really nice feature too that keeps it charged on the go, with both headset and charger fitting right in any pocket. And with multiple ear inserts (and an optional earloop) you can swap out until finding a comfortable configuration. Durable and long-lasting quality - survived where many ear pieces wouldn't. First one lasted 3 years without failing - purchased a 2nd one when it finally went out because of how much it was loved. Plantronics customer service is also excellent & quite helpful. Will definitely purchase again! A+++!

The cheapest plantronics edge around. I love the ear piece. I have bought about 5 of them so far as I just keep losing them. I wouldn't try any other because it's just so good for my needs everywhere I go.

Attention au serial et a ce que annonce le vendeur. Suivant le serial, l'oreillette ne pourra jamais etre en mode FR.Celle ci c'est parfait. Couleur noir nacré super

Me llamó Plácido Fatás que tras intentar mejorar mi calidad de vida, ya que soy totalmente discapacitado, con el auricular que compre a ustedes no he podido conseguirlo.Tras consultar con técnicos e intentar hacer lo que nos dijeron desde Plantronics.com y posteriormente por Tfno, sobre mi auricular Voyager Edge, he decidido devolverlo o llegar a un acuerdo para conseguir otro igual o superior abonando la diferencia como: el Plantronics Voyager Legend o Voyager 5200. Por favor díganme de lo que tengo que hacer. Dejaría en manos de expertos de Plantónic del modelo más favorables a mi tetraplejia. Confío en sus soluciones como siempre y más siendo de siempre cliente de ustedes. Espero noticias rápidas ya que dependo del auricular para hacer una vida normal por mi estado físico....Muchas gracias anticipadas.Plácido Fatás
