We are streaming to both YouTube and Sermonaudio on this box. The instructions are difficult, but things can be done. There is some sort of bug, we have to power it on, then off, then back on and it will work. I bought a foot-switch powered extension cord to plug this into because it doesn't have an off/on switch. Still can't get the code for facebook figured out, but this does have the capability to stream to 3 separate places at once. YouTube is streaming 1080 quality so we're very happy. This is working so much better than any software, it is hard to find a one-stop shop to stream to multiple servers. Nice thing about this is we need to have only one HDMI input and it will go to two places. Definitely would recommend.

Works great, but beware that if you are using it for different broadcasts from different networks, accessing the setup page can be difficult since when you set the network connection to DHCP, you cannot hard code an IP. So you have to reset it, connect it directly to your PC. Set your PC IP in the same subnet as the Encoder default and then login to the setup webpage and make changes. Other than that, it worked wonderfully live streaming a horse show 3 days, 8 hours a day. Once the IP information was set and Port Forwarding was set on the router. I was able to login and modify settings remotely. Which was really convenient.

Terrible product, quality sucks, uses so much power and configuration is bonkers stupid.

This thing is off the hook for the price!! Works really well, better than some of the professional units on the market at 5 times the price. Simple to set up. Will buy again!!

Pro: PriceCon: Everything else. Poor documentation and spotty support. Product not ready for prime time. Need to be tech savvy to get it working. Not reliable for continuous operation. When working, encoded video quality is good. Hence 2 stars.

It works that's good, but it's missing it's firmware. Additionally, the default configuration comes with a number of 'weird' settings, one is a setting that forwards DNS requests to a Chinese server, not the local network and it's set to a particular IP address.There is nowhere any firmware to be found or any contact on any of it's sites it has listed in the manual although the firmware came dated somewhere in January 2017, I can't find any support links or downloads anywhere. The manual likewise is hard to decipher, not proper English.It seems to have extensive configuration options which is nice but otherwise it's very basic in it's capabilities. It'd be nice to see more details on the HDMI link for example and I'm not sure whether it supports HDCP (highly doubt it).

Awesome! Configuration was ridiculously simple and quality is EXCELLENT! Please ignore the ★ review and comment about the setup being "Bonkers Stupid." I had it up and running in <5 minutes. Highly recommended!!
