I am a believer. I have psoriasis, and my hands got so bad with constant hand washing, especially in winter. I’ve struggled for years, and tried so many different creams as well as lotions. I do not want to depend on steroid cream all of the time. I learned about that through a family member, and thought, what do I have to lose other than 30 bucks? After a few days of using this, I am a believer. It has made my hands look 3x better, and I am not in pain from the constant deep cracking. They have all healed, and my hands feel so soft for the first time in a long time. The cream isn’t greasy, or smelly, and to me, that is even better. I highly recommend this product!

Only thing I have found that keeps my wife's fingers from cracking and hurting since her chemotherapy. She likes that it does not leave her greasy like most other products of this type. Highly recommend.

I love this cream, and use it all the time because I have dry old lady hands. But the price on Amazon is almost double what it is on their own site, so beware. I am shocked.

This 16 oz is not the original one as you can see the smaller 4oz is the old one I bought and ran out of so I decided to buy the big one because of how much I loved it. To compare the big tub has a slippery feel to it and I’m not sure what the clear small pieces are but both have it but the big tub’s feel rough almost plastic like. The smaller tub has them but it feels like what it should do it feels smooth and my hands are left moisturized after, the bigger tub left my hands feeling dry!
