Great wireless kit for a minivan, highly recommended
This is a great product. I installed it on our minivan and I chose the wireless kit since it simplified the wiring. I poured it via the reverse light, like many have said, and I used solderless crimping quick connects to make the power connections. I owed the monitor through the cigarette lighter using a power connector which I bought separately. The resulting image was fantastic. This camera is more clear than an original camera on a different car. It's also remained waterproof through rain and snow for me. The picture at night is amazing too, the IR light that it sends out really lights up the area behind the car so that you can see everything for about 10 feet. This is better than the original camera on our other car, too -- the night picture is many times superior to that camera. I know that some people have had problems with the picture breaking up on the wireless signal but I've had no problems in our minivan (similar in size to a Grand Caravan). I'd highly recommend this unit. The only caveat that I have is that the field of vision of this camera is 130 degrees. That has been sufficient, but the camera on our other car had a greater field of vision and that is nice. But 130 degrees has been sufficient for us and we haven't had any problems with it. I'd still highly recommend the kit.

Affordable Wireless System
Easy set up. Follow the instructions on the video and you shouldn't have any problems. The wireless camera requires power so you have to tap into the back up wire on your vehicle and will need to ground. I spliced into my left rear back up light for power and ground. The wireless unit has a good range about 16 feet (How long my truck is). It flickers a little bit when i put the truck in reverse and this may be due to interference with my bluetooth stereo system but its not noticeable. I have the other camera (2nd camera is directly wired to monitor with RCA plug) place inside my rear cargo light which is on full time so i can see the bed of my truck and behind me which is really nice to have. The monitor power is tapped into my fuse box using an ATC add a circuit fuse tap. Many Youtube videos on how to install so check it out. Very happy with the product and video quality. Customer service was prompt in sending me additional camera and base for monitor. I would like to have the monitor cord be on the left side so the power cord doesn't cross over the dash. Overall, an nice product for the price. Time will tell how long it will last.

The picture is great both night and day
I was installing this in a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban. Chevrolet makes the install more difficult than it needs to be by the way the dash is constructed and sealed up so well. I initially used the wireless transmitter and receiver, but with the power to the monitor always on it caused the screen to go blue when the camera was off. LeeKooLuu had thoughtfully included a video/power cable that I used to replace the wireless components and now the camera and monitor both turn on when the car is in reverse. For me it was easier to run the wire than it was to hunt around under the dash for a connection that turned the backup lights on.The picture is great both night and day. My only real issue was with mounting the monitor. The Suburban has no flat surfaces on the dash. Everything has a slight curve and it keeps the included double-sided tape from sticking securely.

Wireless Backup Camera will Save My Dads Vehicle
I bought this camera and display to install in my dad's chrysler 300 that did not have a backup camera. I mounted the display over the open slot between the car display and the heating/cooling controls. The wireless receiver was tucked behind the display in the open slot also. I powered the display using a cigarette lighter adapter, wiring both the power leads together. The display comes on when the car is started and the camera comes on when the vehicle is placed in reverse. You can simply turn the display off (corner button) when not in use.The camera was mounted using the license plate screws. I had to drill a hole in the trunk behind the license plate that was large enough to pass the power and video connectors thru. I traced out the backup light wire and ground in the wiring harness that runs across the rear of the vehicle under the carpet in the spare tire well. I tucked the video transmitter under the carpet and strapped it to the wiring harness. I think it took about 2 hours to complete the install. The display is bright and clear with no noise. Hopefully this will prevent my dad from backing into another concrete post.

Works as advertised. Colors (other than lane markers) are essentially non-existent, but focus is surprisingly sharp.
Camera and monitor seem to work fine installed in a Chevy Express Cargo van. I did the hard-wire setup and installed a rocker switch on the dash so I can have the camera and monitor on at all times so I can see who is coming up behind me in a blind spot to pass. As others have said, the colors as displayed on the monitor are essentially black and white except for the green, yellow, and red lane markers. No amount of adjustment with color and hue will produce any color in the picture itself. Did I get a defective camera? Who knows... Still, device gets the job done. I can see cars coming up behind me. I'm a little concerned about water intrusion cited by one of the other purchasers, but it's good to know the manufacturer/vendor stands behind their product.

OK Backup Camera
This is a new review ( 11-12-17 ) for the LeeKooLuu RC 9V-24V Wireless Rear View Backup Camera and 7" TFT LED Mirror Monitor Kit. I received this unit for free to review. It took just 2 hrs. to install as I have had experience installing 2 other monitors. The instructions are a little vague as with all monitors, but installation was not difficult. The quality was good for this priced monitor, I do wish the mirror monitor was a little bit sharper, but I would still recommend....
