It is hard to find pure coconut meat without any added sugar, but this is the real thing! I enjoy the every day as a healthy snack! Plus it provides "medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) which deliver energy directly to brain cells, bypassing glucose metabolism". I admit it is not as flavorful as coconut without the added sugar, but I like the mildly flavored crunchiness, especially knowing it is like eating a fresh coconut (but easier than scraping the flesh off the shell. And it is a good price.

Great tasting dried coconut. Great flavor and sliced just right for eating eat on granola or fruit bowls. Would definitely buy again!

I purchased these in a store first, then stocked up on them here. The store batch (same bag but different expiration date) was perfection. They were sliced thinner, felt almost cold to the bite and were somewhat crunchy. They were also a little sweeter. This batch is good but thicker and not quite as sweet. Organic and natural products vary. People in different countries are probably manually chopping this stuff up, so the thickness varies somewhat from batch to batch. Big deal. I originally wrote a negative review about these and now feel that they're fine. They're just different. The next batch might be like the first. This company is giving work to people who really need it in Sri Lanka, Mexico, Peru and Costa Rica. I just hope they're being paid well enough. Just know that this product will vary from batch to batch but it's perfectly good coconut.

I loved this product! A bit dry but taste is good. I liked that it has the actual dark cocconut skin attached to it. Product said pack of 6, I only recieved one so far

Yum! Yeah I can see why some people might expect a softer product. But this is a dried coconut, it’s a bit tuff to chew, but not in a bad way. Think jerky when buying this product. Though NOT at like jerky, it’s tough but super yummy for those looking for clean unaltered coconut bits. Yum!

These are perhaps too good. It's hard to stop eating them. I was looking for coconut to add to my homemade trail mix and these are perfect. I love how crunchy they are and that they have any added sugar or anything else.

I’m obsessed with these things. I eat about a half a cup at work every day. No sugar added so they’re not too sweet. The texture is almost like an almond. My only complaint is that I wish that they were a little less expensive.
