It is not made in Germany as claimed

The description clearly says it is made in Germany but no it it is not. Just received it today and tried it out. The quality is okay. I definitely wouldn’t pay for $20 plus dollars for this clippers. Returned it the same day.

Made on China not Germany

I bought this nail clipper because the description specifically states it is made in Solingen, Germany. I received it and it states clearly on the packaging that is is made in PRC which is the People’s Republic of China. Made in China. There are no markings on the clippers, not a brand’s name or place of manufacturing. German steel articles including clippers and knives have a reputation for quality. The first pair of slim clippers I bought 30 years ago were German made. They were advertised as the last nailClippers you would ever need. They were outstanding. But, they were lost. There are many other slim clippers on Amazon, allMade in China, for a lot less than what this seller is asking for these.
