Sorry no they do not have a mic. On amazon UK they have ones with mic but will not ship to the US. However, these are by far my favorite earbuds ever.

Does it work with moto 4x?

Not sure, but it works on my Moto 6 just fine so I would think that it would work just fine with your 4x

No, they do not. However, they are small enough to fit into any small cloth pouch or something similar. Yo really do not need a case for these earphones.
