Step2 Neighborhood Fun Center

I purchased this play house for my grand kids 2 1/2 and 1 1/2. They love it! I originally ordered from Amazon, but it was damaged during shipping. I ended up buying it from Walmart. I strongly recommend having it shipped to your house if you don't have a truck or big vehicle to pick it up. The box was about 5 feet by 8 feet by 3 feet. We ended up opening the box and having to tie some pieces to the roof of our compact SUV.Putting together - it was rather easy. The seats on the outside did not screw into anything. The walls to the house connected together with ease.The plastic gets really hot fast. I purchased a canopy to sit it under so that my grand kids can go out to play anytime of day.I definitely recommend!

It is very easy to assemble and the material is very sturdy. My child really loved it.If it came with a sticker to cover the rounded design that it is built on the plastic next to where you attach the slide would have been even better.

DO NOT BUY my 2 year old got a scar on his face due to sharp plastic edges. I found at least 20+ spots where he could cause cut on my baby. Unless you wana spend hours looking for and grind sharp plastic edges. Worst product ever. Cause 5 inch scar on my babys face.

The house itself is cute after I got it together, not easy though when first it came damaged and then when I went to interlock the tabs, before you screw it together, the side that was supposed to slip the locking tab into had no hole for the for the round part of the bottom to slip into so it would slide down and fit tight. If it didn't go down into a hole the house did not fit right. I had to get my dremel and make wholes so they could side in and down to make them fit. In every slot. Someone was sleeping on the job when this one was made. Then there was not enough screws to put in all the places their instructions tell you to, so had to go fine more. The house is loved by my granddaughter but unless you are handy, you might want to by something different. It was in a big box and would have been a real pain to send back.

Purchased this for my 2 year old. So far he us really enjoying it. He likes to climb in and out over the table instead of using the door. He enjoys crawling through the little doggy door as well.Assembly took about 45 minutes done by one person. All you need is a screw driver. The roof was the trickiest part, so took a few extra minutes there.The only CON so far is that the slide has a very small top landing, so younger children may have difficulty getting in the right position to safely slide down. After a few assists he's figured it out though.
