Joico K-PAK Smoothing Balm to Straighten and Protect, 6.8-Ounce

FAKE PRODUCT!!! Do not buy this product! It is a fake bottle and lotion substance inside! Went straight to the salon and compared it to real Joico K-Pak smoothing balm it’s NOTHING like it! It also smells absolutely horrible!

I have used this product since being introduced to it by my stylist...ten years ago (?). Can't be that long ago - I would have been a child! I use this on my damp hair before adding my other products and I can tell a difference when I don't use it. It seems to protect my hair from heat damage and the bottle lasts a long time.

I have been a fan of Joico products for years. This is my second purchase. Last order lasted 6 months. Tip for those who say it builds up in your hair, use less! Especially if your hair is fine. Works well as a heat protectant. I use it for spot styling with my blow dryer between shampooing. When applied to damp hair, your hair combs out easier. Smooths, adds shine., and reduces breakage.

I have used this previously for my curly hair and I really like it. Used up my first bottle and had to get another. It does not leave your hair sticky. Really like it and recommend it.

It worked well for straightening my hair and protecting it. But it made my hair feel kind of greasy, but it could have been I used too much product. Will try again just applying to the ends and using less.

I've been using this Joico K-Pak for a while but doesn't seem to work well. Over the years, I've tried many smoothers/heat protectans but this one is not as good as others I've tried and it's more expensive. I love the Joico moisture shampoo and conditioner, but I bought this K-Pak and K-Pak deep conditioner, and I'm not satisfied with K-Pak products. I will continue using other Joico products but not K-Pak. Being the most expensive in their line they're not necessarily the best.

I’ve brought this in the shops before and never had one that smells the way this one does It has no nice smell it’s horrible think it’s been sat around far to long

Bought this product , as I love joico, but found elsewhere a lot cheaper after I’d purchased from here so abit disappointed

Continuous good product

This is a fab product, you only need a teardrop - rub your hands together and smooth on, it will make your hair shiny and controlled! Love it. Comes in a big tube too, good value. Will buy again.

The product was a gift for my daughter-in-law who has used it in the past and was very pleased with results. I only gave it to her yesterday.
