Brilliant for microwaving vegetables

exactly the right size for my microwave and very useful, quicker than steaming on my gas hob and it must be cheaper given the price of gas

I bought this mainly for vegetables and it does a great job. No more waiting for saucepans to come up to the boil.I dropped a star because the lid has warped slightly, it’s ok for vegetables in the bottom layer but not quite snug on the top.

Quite excellent... We have all but abandoned the traditional hob steamers (unless we're into substantial volume) and completely converted to this. Just excellent, easy to keep clean, lives in the microwave.. Excellent

Well made, You can cook vegs and fish etc at the same time,With the removable basket,Saving time

Bought this to replace a long-serving rice steamer - but it really doesn't do a very good job for that, as the slats in the bottom are too wide and too few to appy even steam all over. Maybe works well for veg - but have not tried yet

Nothing to dislike - perfect for the job

Unfortunately this ball was too large for my needs but I was able to pass it to a friend who has a larger family and she is very pleased with it. I like the colour and I like the way the ball was structured and the two lids it had and altogether I would recommend it but maybe not for somebody like me who lives alone and doesn't do large amounts of cooking. My friend tells me that she uses the bowl a lot and finds it very useful for her size family which is two adults and two children.
