Happy with this product it's been 4 months now, not much issues I faced with this other than sudden drop in network connection rarely it happens, but causes issue if in some meetings n all as takes a while to reconnect again. Upto now experience can say you can go with this

The dongle range is hardly 3 mtrs max. The signal strength becomes zero even in the next room. The dongle becomes overheated with 1 hour of functioning and immediately starts dropping data packets and internet becomes slow. NEVER BUY. I was totally cheated. The Admin console also hangs and doesnt work

Original Review:Though the eignal strength on the Dongle is very good, the internet speed is very poor.If we compare internet speeds side by side of this dongle vs the same sim inserted on mobile phone, the speeds are very less. I got 0.8 mbps speed using dongle while on mobile phone it is well above 8-10 mbpsEdit (21-Mar-22):I ordered a replacement because i was getting very poor internet speed. The replacement unit was exactly same in appearance but the internet speed was very good in the new unit. I must say this replacement unit is very good.

The media could not be loaded. Pros:1. Fast setup2. Portable3. Works with all sim4. Didn't see the heating problem as mentioned by many.Cons:1. If you use Power Bank(I have tried low power 18W and 30W dart charge) to power the 4G dongle it doesn't work in the first two attempts (restart) and does not give a stable connection on the power bank.2. If you insert it directly into the power bank you can't charge it as the size of the dongle is big. You may need to use a USB extension wire as a photo/video. Anyway, the power bank doesn't work no matter what (18w or 30w) power you give.3. You can't use it for a longer period.4. You need to connect it directly to the charger.

After reading 1 star comments about this coconut dongle i was thinking like " i think i have ordered wrong product ." " it will work or not with my jio sim card". But as i got this product today and i really like it. Also my jio sim card is working smoothly. After 15 - 20 days i will review again and tell u if there is any issue regarding this product.

Used around couple of months and it's working both in usb and WiFi as per the requirement and use. Good product for portable internet connection also for outdoor too.

I recently purchased this dongle as I was having trouble with low network coverage in my room. However, I have to say that I am very disappointed with its performance. It heats up VERY QUICKLY, even when used for short periods of time, and it often disconnects as a result. This is frustrating as I have to wait until it cools down before using it again.Another issue I encountered was POOR COVERAGE - it doesn't even reach 20 ft! This is unacceptable considering the price of the product. Moreover, when I tried downloading something for an hour or so, it heated up even more and eventually disconnected, which is REALLY ANNOYING.On the positive side, the dongle does come with SIM TRAYS (both micro nano and large sizes) and an EJECTION PIN. However, I was disappointed to learn that there is NO WARRANTY included.Overall, I would not recommend this dongle as it is not worth the price. The poor coverage and overheating issues make it difficult to use, and the lack of warranty makes it a risky investment.
