A great way to lift your rig!
This seems to be a well made 12 volt jack system! Used plenty of the hand working jacks over the years and this makes it a lot easier for us older folks to change a tire!

Ordered twice, and was disappointed both times when I received it. Smelled like cigarettes and everything in the case was not secured down. Case was not latched closed. Decided to send it back both times and get my money back without even trying it out. Didn't want that smell in my car.

Don't buy this product. Please. It's not safe.
Used this 5 ton jack just once. On a small RV. The RV was being transported from factory to dealer. Got a flat tire. Good Sams called me to change the tire. Less than 4 tons. On flat ground. In a Walmart parking lot. This 5 ton jack couldn't handle it. Had to use any brand with this one. This jack bent. Can't be fixed. Will not buy again. To dangerous. Amazon was of no help. There 30 day return policy. The maker was of no help. Said a tech would call. But no call ever came. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS 5 TON JACK.

Jack works great, impact wrench is JUNK!
Have needed to use the jack & impact wrench twice. First time worked great, used it to lift my UTV to have a flat tire replaced. 3 months later, need to have a leak repaired, Jack up the UTV no problem, however the impact wrench only spins and no impact action. Something sounds like it is rattling inside the impact wrench. If getting it for the jack then decent heavy duty Jack for the price, if the impact wrench is the deciding factor then I wouldn't consider it. Looks like I won't be replacing the tire tool with this impact wrench!

Torque wrench is useless and will not hold after one time use
Poorly made torque wrench .. the bolt on the head is poor quality and after one time use it doesn’t hold hard enough to open any bolts

Worthless piece of junk.
Worked OK 1st time, on and off 2nd time and died on 3rd use. Both jack and wrench. Waste of money.
