Radiator arrived well packaged with no signs of damage. The radiator was shipped with 6 mounting brackets as well as a blanking plug and an air vent (both with rubber washers for sealing.The radiator I received was not a brilliant gloss white but a satin off white, it almost looks like primer.There is a very small yellow label at the bottom of the radiator identifying which is the front. I think this also identifies the flow and return ports (flow on the left with the yellow label next to it) although this isn't mentioned in the instructions.The reason for knocking off 1 start is the quality of the threads for the flow and return. Athough ok to start with, it get's very tight and rough towards the end of the thread, something to bear in mind when attaching fittings.As is common with these types of radiators, as the threads are straight, leaks are possible. I had a very small leak on one of the fittings (flow side) even though I had wrapped plenty of ptfe tape. i would strongly recommend the us of Fernox LS-X leak sealer on top of the ptfe tape.If you don't want to change your existing pipe fittings and valves, it should be noted that the supplied brackets will be very low on the bottom of the radiator and may interfere with the skirting. I had to buy replacement brackets of the type supplied with Acova radiators (available from B&Q). These fix between the radiator tubes and can be set at any height. I used Rawlbolt fixings into brick for the fixing brackets as the radiator is heavy (almost 30kg).
