The fridge is perfect. I paid for fitting - and as I was away I arranged to have a house sitterThey arrived with fridge - took away old one - and just slotted new fridge in the gap - not fitted properly and the doors from my kitchen were left in living roomThey did cancel the fitting fee - but I had the hassle of finding someone to fit external doors to the inter-grated fridge freezer.I was so disappointed. Bosch do u realise your fitters just cancel there bookings for ni apparent reason ☹️

Fridge freezer was delivered with excellent service. The only problem was two dents in the bottom door. See photos.

The product was as expected, not keen on the loss of the lower door shelf in favour of a larger veg drawer but I didn't have a lot of choice given the fixed door fixings. I've only given 4 stars because the fridge freezer was designed to have reversible doors but the holes for the opposite side hadn't been drilled through sufficiently leaving the installers with a slight problem. They spent a nearly 3 hours setting it all up to a good standard despite Amazon only allowing them 30 minutes to install. I can't praise the installers enough, they were very polite, helpful, friendly and considerate. They were very careful not to damage anything and took away all of the packaging very efficiently. Excellent storage capacity. Larger veg/salad box which suits me and good freezer box sizes. No negatives
