MRM Low Carb Protein Vanilla, 28.54 Ounce

They said it would take two days to deliver... it showed up the NEXT day in the morning. I had it for breakfast. I think there must be a truck full of stuff that just circles my neighborhood waiting for me to buy something. jk But wow, that was fast.Only complaint is the scoop was waaaay down the bottom and I had to dig it out with a spoon. No big deal but an area that could be improved. Not sure how you would get it to stay at the top when the package is tumbled around. Maybe stick it to the inside of the lid. Maybe someone here knows a trick to shake the container or something to get the scoop to the top.The protein seems good, hard to tell, I had it yesterday and am having it again today. Taste is very good, subtle-refined-classy vanilla flavor. I bought this brand because it was higher in protein than others and lower in carbs. Says 46% protein on the side. 2 carbs per scoop and only 1.5 g per scoop is sugars. Some many other protein brands have added sugars - this company seems to understand why I'm buying it.

I bought several brands and flavors of protein powders to supplement the diet of an elderly friend who was having a difficult time maintaining his weight due to poor appetite. My friend also has diabetes and was leery of trying anything that did not specifically state "low carb." He also refused to try any supplement which had a medicinal aftertaste from too many vitamins (like canned geriatric supplements or some body building powders). Knowing that there aren't many foods he actually enjoys the taste of these days, I gave him several brands and flavors to try, including MRM's fruit powder which, to me, tastes similar except for a mild taste of fruit. The MRM Low Carb Vanilla was the only one he likes well enough to use a daily basis.The good news is that after two weeks of supplementing his diet with one large shake daily, he is maintaining his weight and seems to have increased his energy level. I don't doubt that several similar products would work just as well, but based on his acceptance, I highly recommend this product..

I'm only giving this four stars because I don't think it tastes good on its own like some other reviewers have said. I've also read that it blends easily which isn't my experience... I have to use an immersion blender if I don't like chunks floating at the top.With that said, it is amazing blended with cold brew coffee and some ice. When I went low carb one of the things I really missed was frozen coffee drinks. This really hits the spot.

This protein powder was recommended to me by a health-care professional because my diet is nearly meat-free and I am always looking to make sure I get enough protein with my active lifestyle. I have tried a number of other protein powders in the past, and I have to say that this is the most delicious one I have ever had. And I like that it is low-carb, too. This should be my staple from now on.

This protein powder tastes really good. I do like how it's both low carb and low fat. The texture is good and the vanilla flavor isn't too strong.The only thing I didn't like is that I had to dig to the bottom of the container to find the scooper. That was a pain. Otherwise this would be a 5 star product.

Firstly, this product meets it's advertised characteristics. Very low fat, carbs, & sugar for 46 grams of protein (two scoops). Secondly, it tastes pretty good. If there's a downside to the taste it has very little flavor, but I'll take that over a bad flavor any day. It's taste is really more neutral than anything.The big and very pleasant surprise is how easily this stuff mixes. I was shocked (being used to having to use a blender for just about everything else like MuscleMilk) that a few hand-shakes and the product was totally blended. Zero clumps without a blender. Love that about this stuff. Really happy with both the vanilla and chocolate flavors I've tried.

This is a supplement. This is NOT a meal replacement. It uses 1 scoop per 3-4 ounces water which means an 8 ounce glas is 240 calories and 4 carbs while a 16 ounce shake is over 500 calories.... and off my diet. It tastes like vitamins and is creamy. I shake it with ice in a plastice bottle. Even tried adding coffee to cut the flavor, like I had with outher shakes. Still a vitamin tasting suplement pure and simple. Ity is working though so go for it if flavor isn't important!

I love this powder, I saw this on a healthy eating website and thought I would try it for my husband and myself since he was told to go low carb/ low cholesterol. I was skeptical at first , not being a protein powder user but the flavor is awesome, have been making shakes for the kids as well and purchased the Chocolate to try next . I was surprised at how a shake in the morning with one scoop would keep me feeling full all the way thru lunch as well!
