First package had some plants very small and all dried out. None thrived. Told Thompson and Morgan about this and they replaced them very quickly. New plants are bigger, damper and sturdier. I don't think a company can do better than this, so I am ordering seeds from them as they obviousy value customer care and their reputation.

These Petunias arrived in perfect condition. The plants are of superior quality, garden ready and I know from last year, they will grow to perfection. The colours were so bright, they drew your eyes straight to them. They will make any garden shine. Acqua plants outshine every other suppliers, what more do you need to know?

Unfortunately I didn't like this purchase. The plants were very small and although I planted them, some died away. Not yet flowering but maybe a bit early to expect such a flowering. I would not buy again.

they are always good with deluvery and goid quality plants but this time they couldnt deliver because of the virus

Thank you for including 12 x plants plugs instead of 10 x what it should have normally been, BUT, the plant plugs arrived in poor condition and am very disappointed about that.I had quite a few orders from Thompson and Morgan and been disappointed with most of them to be honest. Few more on back order and am curious what those will be like…One thing I can tell for sure based on my experience with Thompson and Morgan via Amazon so far is that I will not buy again from them, I am simply tired of being disappointed with every order and cannot afford to just waste money like that.In short, way overpriced for the poor quality products and service provided.
