The best computer I have ever bought by a mile.
The best computer I have ever bought by a mile. Its fast and has a load of ram memory 32 gigs. What reallyimpressed me was the quality of the video. The games I play on it look amazing, looks like 3d. The gamesI play never skip a beat no matter how much action or how fast I play. This machine replaces a older Predator(the one with the flat front) which is still a good computer but I needed some more speed and ram. This babydoes the trick. Love it. The seller sent it out really fast and the price was right.

Calling Acer support was an absolutely horrible experience I would not wish on anyone
I bought this PC from warehouse store about 2 month ago. The C drive SSD has only 234 GB of usable space. The first thing I did was to move user profile, temp directories, and swap files to D drive. I also updated the firmware and all the drivers. About 2 month later, I noticed Windows 10 updates started to fail. I checked the C Drive, and it was down to 8 GB. One of the log file, GMS.LOG has grown to 190GB+ in size. I checked for a solution, and found that the log was used by Intel AMT. I went to Intel forums, and found the option to download the management tool to disable AMT, but the current Acer BIOS does not support it.Calling Acer support was an absolutely horrible experience I would not wish on anyone. First the 2 calls when on hold for more than 30 minutes, and I had to hang up. The third call went through. After I gave all the asset tag information and customer information, and spent 15 minutes explaining the problem, the support person hung up on me. No problem, I will just call the warehouse store concierge tech support hotline. After stating my problem, and gave them my system information, they transferred me directly to Acer support! However, they claimed it was the "premium" support line with experts. After 10 minutes of explaining what my problem was, I could tell the "expert" was very confused. I then asked if he could transfer me to his supervisor. That took about 40 minutes to complete, because all of a sudden, he made a renewed effort to fix my problem. Of course the technical skills could not be learned on the fly, and his recommendation of deleting temp files was not useful at all. After I was transferred to the "supervisor", who only went by the name of "Zon", I had to explain my problem all over again. Zon said that he knew exactly what my problem was, and he asked for me email to send me instructions on how to fix it. That took about 10 tries, but Zon could not spell my name correctly on the first 9 attempts. I finally received the email, and read the instructions. The instruction was to reinstall Windows 10 on a different partition. I told Zon that was not the solution I was looking for. He then said he would transfer me to the previous agent, who will give me a case number, and I would need to call "Predator support line" directly. After that, the phone disconnected again.I called the warehouse club support line (which rhymes with Cisco), and spoke to another concierge support person. He told me that the previous representative I spoke to did not write any notes down at all, and his only option was to transfer me Acer "premium" support. I told him about the experience I had, but was told there was no other option available.Only saving grace was the 90 return policy at warehouse club. I promptly boxed all the pieces together, and brought this junk back for a full refund, including shipping.Lessons learned: Do not buy Acer, and do not ever call Acer support (premium or regular).

everything was good but must point out to all prospective buyers
everything was good but must point out to all prospective buyers, it has a ton of audio problems that are inexplicable. Sound randomly cuts out. Bluetooth devices never stay connected for long. Drivers randomly fail.

Nice Bang For The Buck
I picked this up at Costco last year and I am really impressed with the price to performance ratio in the $1,000 price range. It boots to Windows 10 in about 10 seconds (fully usable) and after migrating all of my apps over from my previous Dell, it's still running like a champ. No issues with the BIOS and extremely dependable. The abundance of USB 3.0 ports (I wish there were more than 2 in the front), 32GB RAM, and the i7 7700 along with plenty of room to upgrade (although it will not be needed for years in my situation) is nice. I love the removable drive dock. It's great for swapping 3.5" hard drives without opening the case. With an inexpensive adapter, you can also swap 2.5" drives or smaller. The only down side is the lack of overclocking, but it shouldn't be expected with this type of system. If I paid a few hundred more, it would be required. I did replace the mechanical HD with a 1TB Samsung EVO, but it's not needed if you're not into gaming. There is a retractable headphone hanger in the font that is too short and low to be useful, butIf you're looking for an outstanding workstation that can also handle high resolution gaming, this is it if you're okay with the styling.

Killer PC
Killer machine will do everything you want, games and all the VR headsets that are out there. Purchased this form Costco for only 1200 plus tax which includes a 90 day return policy and a 2 year year warranty. Nobody can beat that price or return policy and warranty. And you don't even have to be a member to get this PC either.
