Homz Light Tan Wide Top Ironing Board

It is just ask wobbly as you would expect from a cheap ironing board. I do like how large the ironing space is. But, it costs at least twice as much as a similar quality "cheap" made in china product.

The functionality of this board made it worth the money. As a busy mom to two little ones, I find ironing as my "peaceful" task. So having a nice ironing board means a lot to me.I really like the solid cover over anything with a print/design. The larger top is ideal for any normal sized pair of pants or shirt. You can cover more ground in less effort, saving time and sanity. The iron holder comes in handy when ironing my mountain of clothes each week. I am one who lays items out to air dry. Having the linen rack is ideal to lay smaller items across to air dry before ironing them at a later time. The ease of storing this is a huge bonus. It is so smooth, not choppy and noisy like some ironing boards I've owned in the past. There is nothing relaxing about a nail down the chalkboard sound from some of them. This one is essentially silent. I also feel confident that if my children (6 and 3) decide to wrestle around this one, they will not break it like they did my last board. Hence me purchasing a new one.I would suggest this particular ironing board for anyone who seems to find themselves needing to do any ironing at all!

PROS: Love the wide size for obvious ironing reasons. board & legs are sturdy quality and very smooth/easy to set up and take down. Much more sturdy on the floor (not as prone to tip) than the “T“ style legs on the ironing board I’ve been using for years. Natural cover is not anything special, but not as thin as some reviews complain about. I like the natural color, Although would have expected a little more thickness to the cover for the price of the board. Same so-so cover quality you would find in a board cover at Walmart. Iron rest is not flimsy.CONS: There is a gap between the iron rest and the board, so the iron cord is constantly getting stuck between there and it’s a constant battle to keep it out. Wish the rest was either snug against the board, or a little bit further away so the cord can move freely between the two. Not sure how I’m going to remedy that but it’s a HUGE pain. Definitely not expected for a board of this price!Found the exact same board at “At Home“ store for half the price, but it was too late for return of this one to Amazon because I had already used it.

Received this in great condition. I often stay in my RV for work. So I took our home ironing board (standard) and brought it to my RV because I was tired of ironing on the table. I used this ironing board for the first time a few days ago and absolutely love it! I am 6-2, and this one is just the right height. Even my wife (5-8) enjoyed how high it goes. Additionally, it is extremely wide, which makes it that much easier for me to iron my larger pants (more material on the board instead of constantly moving). Would definitely recommend and worth the price. I will probably buy another for my RV.

My board came with a broken plastic cap on one of the feet. It took many days and many attempts to contact the company before I could get anyone to respond to me. I had to threaten to return the board to Amazon if no one would answer my e-mails and calls. Once I threatened I had a response with in a few hours.

This is not too heavy!!

Good, sturdy, adjustable as advertised. I like it. You will definitely want to order another cover, the one it comes with is very thin. I ordered Polder IBC-9549-770 Heavy Use at the same time and it works quite well. I took the wire "shelf" off, it was not useful. Only con is that after ironing for about an hour, water drips from the metal underside onto my hardwood floor when I fold up the ironing board. I am trying different ways to place shamwows on the underside while I iron, will see if this helps - otherwise, have a towel handy to wipe up the water.

I believe the product (wide tall sturdy ironing board) had to have been a return to Amazon - when first setting up a couple of the 'things' (not good with parts names) were bent or broken or to have been altered. I am not good with that sort of thing but fortunately a gentleman (truly) at the Church where our Sewing Group meets was able to bend and wire and manunipulate things tell it was working properly. If I hadn't been taking this to a church to use in our sewing group (children's pajammas are our specialty) I would have been very disatisfied and it would have been returned to you with me not knowing why it didn't work. Now I am very pleased and will iron hundreds of pajamas that will find homes for children in need. (Our group also made over 1500 face masks and are still at it.)

Unlike the description, and a couple of the pictures, mine (as with other reviewers on amazon.com) did not come with the linen rack. Others have reviewed that the linen rack is so flimsy that they have taken it off. I would like to have seen it myself to make my own judgement, but the pictures do look like it can take almost no weight. So, it's not a big deal to me.That said, I'm keeping the board, otherwise it is very sturdy, the ears for the iron bend to adjust for any iron size and configuration, and the plain tan colour of the cover is clean and refreshing when all you want is plain and not some crazy design.

The plastic holding the legs arrived broken (picture 1) - I still decided to keep it. What a mistake! After one use the whole leg system (that had arrived bent - picture 2) would get stuck or simply go off. After three uses the welds fixing the legs to the rail got broken (picture 3) and now the whole ironing board is simply useless.Certainly the worst product I have ever bought in Amazon!!

Short of a 60" long professional, but full professional width which reduces ironing time. A very sturdy stand, but I removed the iron rack (it came boxed and fully assembled) as I like the square end of the board for a butt end. I just laid the board upside down and pulled on the rack and it popped off.Do get the extra cover pad as what is delivered with the board is paper thin.

The ironing board arrived broken. The cheap plastic holding the legs was already broken in the box. The cover is thin. We sent it back to Amazon the same day it arrived! After a lot of research on the Web, we finally bought a Leifheit Airboard Deluxe Lightweight Thermo-Reflect X-Large Ironing Board. Buy the Leifheit, it's worth it!

J'aime beaucoup les 3 pouces supplémentaires de hauteur. Mon dos s'en porte beaucoup mieux après quelques heures quand je ne dois pas me pencher.Le recouvrement pourrait prendre un peu plus de rembourrage.
