This is super durable and if you hit it with a car twice and it's been less than 18 months since you bought it they'll just ask where to send your replacement. It still worked fine after it was just run over once but now the head is off, otherwise the valve you operate with your thumb still works perfectly and there are no leaks.A lot of it is durable metal but there's a plastic part inside that the head spins around so you don't want to drop it on concrete repeatedly, just set it down. It's that plastic part that let go in my hands after being run over twice.It's high enough quality you can just leave your hose charged so it's ready to go all the time which is very nice.

I need a new wand because the head stripped and won't stay on. I purchased the 7 piece set for 70 dollars I need the company to respond asap.

These are well built products that are comfortable to hold and very easy to use. The quick release couplings make it fast and easy to swap from one device to another.After six months of use the heavy duty sprayer developed a substantial leak. A quick email to the manufacturer and a replacement unit was on the way, no questions asked.I would certainly purchase these products again.

I find myself having to purchase a new hose wand almost every year. They always end up leaking in some way and I store it properly. So far, this wand has been my favorite. It makes watering my hanging baskets easy and offers a range of spray patterns for different tasks. Water pressure works well and the wand does not leak (so far) I would purchase this again

After contacting RESTMO Customer Service Support by e-mail, Kaycee, the customer service rep, replied me within a couple of hours, and took prompt action to replace the damage wand. Within 2.5 days, the replacement of RESTMO Water Wand Heavy Duty was delivered to my door. Needless to say RESTMO deserves 5-stars customer services.It's been over two weeks, I am using this new RESTOM Water Wand Heavy Duty daily, and I am extremely happy with this product. I like the light weight with 10 spray patterns of design. I also particularly like the gentle flows of the spray yet with good volume of water flowing. Unlike the other two brands of spray wands I have had, the gentle sprays of this wand does not damage my tender young vegetable plants when water plants from 3 feet distance. The Thumb Flow control is very smooth when adjusting. The design and the light weight is a plus as it is easy on my wrist. Because of the good volume water flows, I now only need to spend half of the time watering plants compare to using the other two brands I had.
