That’s because it’s not an actual “natural” mineral. It’s a synthetic derived from potassium and supposedly not made for human consumption. Google K3 Spark Mineral and you’ll see the warnings.

Does it make you jittery?

I drink one everyday and I do not get jittery, this is actually intended as a workout supplement and not intended for weight loss

What is the mineral stated by itself? the one mineral that changed your life?

I was 225 mid last winter taking this with high levels of exercise, cutting carbs; except 1 day a week and a dessert I'm at around 177. But, I'm burned out physically & mentally. I blame 40% on the product, it only did what slimfast used to claim to do, 'without creating a sponge' it just put you on a fast which cuts all meals down by 2/3 size. It affected my overall health, energy & thinking was a concern the last 2 weeks, today I stopped taking with some of bottle 2 left. It should come with a booklet teaching possible side effects & telling good and bad carbs you can eat and how much per day or week of both kind.

Does it contain porcin gelatin?

These pills are not gummy like, they are capsules that you can open and pour content inside into a drink instead of drinking the capsule....so I don't think it has porcin gelatin... I hope this helps

No weight loss

I have been doing keto but am on a plateau so got this product to give myself a boost. I had no weight loss at all with this, in fact am up 1 pound. I did have a small energy increase bit that in itself is not worth buying another bottle. Disappointed.The seller did stand behind their product with a full refund.

Make sure you read ingredients

The media could not be loaded. Great but need to read everything well. Energy level is up, no taste, it has improved my gut somewhat, read ingredients for yourself .

Curbs My Appetite

Noticed a change immediately

I totally forgot I ordered these. I continue to try everything. I gained about 30-40 lbs during covid and it's on me like glue. I can say I took one of these pills with my morning coffee and noticed about an hour later I was zipping around at work. I have a relatively sedentary job but found myself looking for things to do to move more. I also notice increased mental clarity and decreased appetite that lasted through the afternoon. Definitely taking another tomorrow. Who knows maybe I'll finally lose the covid lbs.

They Don't work, it is another scam. Don't waste your money. If you truly want to lose weight go on a keto diet, eliminate you carbohydrate intake, and ask your doctor to put you on Ozempic, the nation has gone wild our this medication because it works, the only problem is, a lot of times it is on backorder because so many people want it.It is expensive even on most insurance coverages. This Product is just like all others,does not work

I bought this product about a month ago, I have not dropped 1 pound. It does not lessen my appetite? But it just flat out does not do what it says it will. Honestly all products like this are a sham,don't buy. Sorry I had to share. Couldn't live with myself if I did not. Save your money.
