Alumilite Super Plastic Casting Resin 28 oz. Tan

I make Miniature Dollhouse Skulls for Halloween. This tan color is the exact color of bone! I have had air bubble issues however. They are small ones. Haven't learned the trick to get around that even though I heat up my molds first. You have to work VERY fast! I pour at least 8 at a time so I move fast. Maybe thats my problem? Not taking time to "burp" them or vibrate them? But I love how fast it sets up and the color. Its also much harder to drill than other resins I've used, which is good.

I was a first time user of this product and it work out well for me.As with most things, I didn't fully read the instructions completely through before trying it out. The first pour hardened in the cup because I delayed too long. This product sets hard very quickly; within 3 minutes. Prior to 3 minutes it flows very well and filled my mold and self-leveled. I was doing very small pours. For a larger molded item I could see needing a product with a long working time.I am very satisfied and would recommend the product.

This stuff is useful for almost anything. But it is seemingly more moisture sensitive than other brands, and a bit expensive compared to the gallon sizes you can purchase by say Specialty Resins.Overall, this stuff always works, it's easy to use, and won't disappoint,It machines nicely, can be tapped, and worked with easily.

Crazy. This stuff is super strong and sets in like 5 mins. I had no idea it was this easy. Make sure you have you stuff ready because it sets quick but when it does it is super tough. Love it

Out standing, I have both products white and tan, using Aluminum molds heated to 120 degrees perfect. This by assistance from the staff of Alumilite as to temp. Currently getting ready for light production of 1/10 r/c static motors for appearance. Highly detailed. Product used correctly and you will not believe the results. They told me of the mold release to use and no problem sticking of part.Thanks, KevinKirk Precision machining

Most items are coming to USPS via FedEx Smart Post or UPS Sure Post, both suck. I do not consider driving 35 miles to the next town a delivery option. Plus the USPS really beats up your packages, to be honest I was surprised it worked by the looks of the box. Excellent product and Amazon is going downhill on the fast track:(
