Great bike for the price
This seller is honest and address the issue with my battery, although mine was defective (battery) all other components were solid. Had a horn which was not included in description but was a nice addition. From my experience Ebikes tend to fail in the rim first, the solid wheel provides much more longevity then traditional spokes

All battery Range is a false advertisement
The good the build quality is solid heavy-duty steel also has good disk brakes gear shifters and light and was 90% built out of the box.The bad the all battery range is advertised falsely you will not get 40km to 50km, The most I have gotten in 24km *15miles*On flat paved roads in suburban Detroit also my weight is 160 lbs . Also had issues with the front tire rim keeping a seal at suggested psi of 30 tire popped with 25 psi ,had to fill max 20 psi

Sturdy e bike.
When I got the bike had a problem with the front tire, the tire psi says 30 however if u do that the tube will pop out of the tire. The pressure should be about 20 psi to keep that from occurring. No other issues. Very strudy customer support through texting was very good. Overall a very good produce. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

It does not go 25 MPH.
I bought it because it said it would go 25mph. My friend has a 750 Mzzk Falcon that is faster and costs about $500 less. We went riding and on a 1.5 mile straight away and at the end of the road he was pretty much out of sight. The bike would get up to 34 Km/h and the motor would cut out over and over again. I tried all the speeds 1-5 and it made no difference. Also I am 5'8 and the bike is too big for someone my size. If you are not taller than 5'9 you will have a hard time with this bike. Saving the best for last. I went to go plug it in today and the charging port blew up. literally sparks flew out of It and noww it is completely fried. It will not take a charge or turn on. The port is so fried I can't plug in the charging cord at all.I take the bike to the UPS store and the shipping costs are crazy high and thats when I discover that buyer pays for return shipping. With the help of one of the UPS employees and over an hour of trying different ways to pack it to defray the cost the best we could do is get it down to $605 for the shipping.Even if the shipping was free I wouldn't of sent it back just because of it being slightly too big or slow. It was still a decent bike. The only reason I sent it back is because it no longer worked.

I will have to replace the seat with a non standard seat.
Although the bike is as described. The seat post mount is set high and that makes mounting, stopping, and starting difficult if your under a certain hight.

Super Cool Lots of fun.
Just got it put it togather looks great. Could not figure how to get the power to stay on while not charging. Leave your key in the slot under the frame and away you go. Its a blast. So far so good just waiting to get an owners manuel so I can figure things out with out hurting the bike. Mainly does the battery come out so I can bring it in the house with out bringing the whole bike.

I really like the bike, but didn't get a manual. It is surprising that a simple manual is not available for such a pricey item.
